I had been purchasing water filters for my LG refrigerator and was happy with them until the last order. The last order came with an updated design that is now not compatible with my frig. Asked for reimbursement but they refused, since I was past my 30 day return period. I purchase new ones when I install the replacement, so naturally they will be past the 30 days before I need them.
