Easy purchasing and all. I came to this site because I had read that Samsung had changed the filter for my fridge, so purchases from them would not fit my fridge. Needed a water filter for my refrigerator. I ordered 1 filter and a reminder to order again. I accidentally made three separate orders. Customer service called, texted and emailed me to clarify what I wanted. Then they made sure I was refunded for the two additional orders. I also received my order in a matter of a few days.
