I've purchased a fancy air purifier and multiple dehumidifiers from ABC over the years and have always been happy with the service and my experience shopping with them. I recognize this is very different from all of the reviews here but thought it was important to stop by with my personal feedback.
I purchased a PowerPure 5000 by Aerus Warm & Cool Mist Ultrasonic Humidifier one year ago, worked great all winter, used it this winter for one month then it would turn on at all. Called customer service they said something must of happened in shipping a year ago. No Im sorry no nothing. 100 bucks down the drain.

They responded to my request and refunded my entire purchase. I didn't have to contact them again for this result. Very satisfied and would shop with them again.
I ordered an item on Wednesday. On Saturday, I still had not been notified that my order had shipped. On the phone, customer service told me they could cancel my order and I would receive confirmation of the cancellation Monday. I never received confirmation of the cancellation, and customer service did not respond to my emails. Since I had cancelled the item, I purchased it from another source. I finally received the order from Allergy Buyer's Club. Now, I am told that I may have to pay return shipping. I wouldn't have to return the shipment at all if they had not told me they would cancel the item when they didn't. Very dissatisfied.
Perhaps not the cheapest, but these people are great at helping you find what you need and stand by their products. I buy my heaters and air purifiers and such from them as do my friends and family. I had something arrive without legs and even though I took a couple of months to open the package (my fault), I contacted the company and the leveling legs were on my porch the next day. LOVE this company (unlike Appliances Connection my personal nightmare - My point is that a deal is not always a deal - with Allergy Buyers a deal IS a deal!)
I bought one set of Rejuvenite pillows long ago at a mattress store and loved them. After replacing countless cheap pillows in the guest room, I decided to buy another set of Rejuvenite pillows. Still expensive, but the best price after shopping around was with AllergyBuyersClub. The transaction was easy and shipping was surprisingly fast. I don't even have allergies... but I would definitely recommend this company for their excellent prices and service.
I was surprised to see the negative reviews so I decided to share my experience. I was shopping for a new air purifier for my six year old son who suffers from allergies and asthma. I purchased the IQ Air from AllergyBuyersClub.com after trying the product for a week we decided it just wasn't the right one for my son's bedroom. We contacted AllergyBuyersClub customer service and spoke with Tyler who was SO helpful. After explaining our son's allergy problems and that we didn't love the IQ Air Tyler recommended the QuietPure Home Air Purifier and explained that this unit has an App and Air Quality monitor we can use to monitor his bedroom. Tyler arranged for us to return the IQAir (for free I might add) and sent us the QuietPure Home. We received the new QuietPure in just two days it was easy to setup and SO super quiet. Within just a couple hours you could tell a major difference in our son's bedroom air. The app is great the product is great and we had no trouble returning the unit we didnt like. I would recommend this product to anyone and my experience with AllergyBuyersClub was great!
