Then they told me "Hey there, an expert has been assigned to your work and it will be done before time, but there is an issue. We will be needing the remaining payment too, so we can continue the work. As the work was lengthier than expected, one expert was ready to complete it, but he insisted that it would require full payment to compensate for the work it needed."
So i had to pay another $300 to review my work. After struggling here and there because im a broke uni student, i manage to pay and they sent me my assignment. To my horror, all they did was COPY and PASTE from google sources. They claimed it was done by PhD staff but NO... the work seem like any primary school kid could do. The worst part was i gave them so many sources for them to review and my project was based in thailand but guess what, the abstract and intro of the report started with "Spain". Im telling you I was so mad with them. I HAD TO ask them to redo 8 times before i eventually gave up on their expertise. There were no citations, proper content page, proper headings, everything was in a mess when the report was first handed to me. Also, 35% of plagiarism work. I submitted and my grade was D+ instead of the A I wanted. Hello what a joke?!?!?!?! I then had to sent another email to ask them to refund me but I've gotten another ridiculous email saying "please send us your result and your tutors feedback". They obviously didnt even bother to open the file and read the comments at all.
