DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I truly wish we would have read these review prior to choosing this company for our move across the country. This experience has been an absolute nightmare for our family. We received a quote for service in Jan 2020, which seemed fair and reasonable for the amount of household items we had and the distance we will be moving. There was never an on-site assessment nor a virtual walk through to determine that what their computer program was figuring (based on our very detailed room by room account) was accurate. We lined this up 1.5 months prior to our move. We had a tight budget to make it work, but based on the original moving price, we were able to pull together the resources. Upon the 3rd party moving company arriving to our home this past week, they stated that some of our items were larger than the average size relating to our 3 section couch (which is average to us) and a couple of armoires. The moving company pulled in with a 26 foot Budget rental truck to move a 3 story log cabin and approximately 2200 square feet. We were also informed when the lead did a walk through that it would be an additional $3,000 fee to move our items. We were BLOWN AWAY! $3,000 extra dollars than what we were originally quoted. They were unable to load up all of our household items. As a matter of fact, we left off 2 sets of mattresses and a couch and other miscellaneous items trying to make sure the essentials made it on the truck. At the end, it did not all fit. They did not offer to get another truck to load up the items to ensure that all of our belongings made it to the semi truck. This forced us to have to rent a storage unit for the next 4 months. In addition, we will have the expense of flying back, renting another moving truck and driving from Colorado to central Florida at our expense. This is in addition to the $3,000 up charge upon arriving to our home. In speaking/sharing all of this information with the dispatch supervisor, Sierra, she stated that All American Relocation Group would not be assisting or doing ANYTHING to resolve the issue. She was also extremely unhelpful and rude. When I asked for the corporate or her supervisor's information, she refused to provide that information. I will be filing a claim today with the Better Business Bureau to report this racket of a company. Whatever you do... find another company that you can trust to guide you and move your family safely and honestly! SIGNED: VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS
