After waiting 5 months for my apt to arrive, I was given 3 different excuses as to why they werent going to pull my teeth. I did everything that was asked of me. Be there 10 mins early, bring a driver 18+, fast from 12am on, and bring the last half of my $150 deposit (300 total). Prior to my apt, I was asked to get a clearance from my Dr, which had to be faxed 3 times, bc they "misplaced" it. Everything that needed done was done. But they still refused me services. 3 excuses later, I called corporate and they told me I couldnt have my money back bc they already made the dentures. And the only reason they didnt do it, was bc I didnt have a driver. Which is not true. My driver stayed with me, the entire time. Eventually the truth will come out. PPL shouldnt be treated that way. Its called discrimination.
