On the 12th May 2022I ordered and paid for a "Manual for Vulcan Oil Heater - 10". To date I have not had any response to my emails nor have I received the manual and have therefore requested a full refund of the AUD $14.99 paid for the manual - still waiting!

I paid for a manual & received nothing so emailed asking where it was, no reply. I emailed again saying if I didnt get a reply I d report them as scam. Here is the report!
They could not and did not provide manual but were quick to take my money. Do not respond to emails either. Would give a minus rating if I could
I received the product I ordered. My receipt is for $9.99 but they billed my paypal account $14.99. No explanation. I have emailed the company with no response.
