AliExpress is my worst fear in online purchasing. I waited about 9 weeks to receive my items, nothing ever arrived. So I filed a complaint with PayPal and got my money back. After I made the initial order, AliExpress kept bombing my inbox with offers and deals, but never a single update on my purchase. If not for PayPal, I probably would have lost the $2,300 that I paid AliExpress. I can't explain how they're still in business. Just stay away from AliExpress and save yourself the grief.

I had an awful experience with AliExpress. The goods I ordered never left China; the delivery having been cancelled by the supplier. I requested the refund that should have come automatically. Customer Service were all sugar and sweet (lots of "Oh dear") but did not meet my expectation for an immediate refund.
I will never deal with these people again, and I recommend avoiding this site... there is no recourse when a problem occurs.

Don't bother wasting your time ordering from AliExpress! The first problem I had was not being able to contact anyone, including the seller, until Feb 17. At that time I received a reply apologizing for delay and order would be processed ASAP. Today, Feb 22, I get a notification that my order was "closed" and refund issued. No explanation why they closed the order. My assumption is that these items are just props to get you to order so they can "borrow" your money for a few weeks! Someone tell me I'm wrong

I bought 2 hello watches Black Friday they both took a long time to come. They were Christmas gifts they both went out in January just stopped coming on. I ordered an item, it took forever to ship it, finally notified that it was "delivered", but I got no item. Great. Contacted customer support which was absolutely useless, their answer was "just wait another week". They finally came back with "file a dispute" except there is no option to dispute delivering to wrong location (and yes, my shipping address was 100% correct on the order). I will never use them again, just stick with Walmart or Amazon for your online shopping needs.

SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! Ordered sweatshirts, finally received them, they were all significantly smaller than the tag indicated. The material was very cheap, plastic-feeling, and scratchy. Returns were a nightmare that have gone on for two months and still are not resolved. I attached one photo for an example, both shirts are labeled as size L (AliExpress item is on the left). Wish I could give it 0 stars.
Purchased a Halloween costume from them but it never arrived. Instead, they sent me an email saying it was delivered. There was no photo of it at my door, and no delivery footage of it on my door camera. I could not get a hold of Aliexpress. Their phone number leads nowhere. 1) Received an incorrect product that did not work as advertised. Ali Express then gave me a run-around when I asked to return the product for a refund. Then refused my request.
2) Three other products I purchased were not delivered.
A refund request was accepted in writing for one of the undelivered products, but not actually given.
I will never buy from Ali Express again and warn others to avoid doing business with them. The chances are good that you're going to get ripped off.

This was from my painful experiences of several cases that I ordered from Aliexpress for your reference. The packages have NOT being delivered and asked their supports. The supports kept saying: Yes you will get refund but there are not over the delivering period yet and need to wait. After the guaranty delivering period, they said: sorry for the requests had exceeded the AliExpress protection period and no funds. What kind of reason is that? If you think this kind of customer buying policy is right, then buy thing from them.

My cases were that I brought on 12/2023 for Xmas and had asked AE customer service in Jan/Feb 2024, which is very current. I have uploaded the evident that shipper Uniuni did not deliver the package and had called the shipper at less 5 times, then I contacted AE to do something and AE did not do anything which are all within delivering guaranty period and end up as "no refund" for 2 cases.The reason that AE asked to wait after the guaranty delivering period was AE would get the money from credit card company and it would be too late to stop the wired money from credit card company. I did whatever I could and I should NOT trust AE customer service! I was customer in AE for 2 years and there have no issue until now. Would this be allowed to happen in any US company?

You can get scammed fairly easily on this site. I received the wrong item a red cloud necklace instead of the 20 cm Black Knight that I paid for. I got rid of the packaging of the necklace and AliExpress made no attempts to follow up with the seller. They just denied a refund. Use another website if possible. Their cheap costs come at a price: time and reliability.

Bought a couple of SSD drives (4tb) (8tb that I never received) but the 4tb drive will format. Been running for days and finally failed. I tore it open and discoverd it had 2 micro sd cards. I ordered the Human Kinky straight hair and it looked nothing like the pictures. It does not even look like human hair but instead material strands from something. The hair was totally unmanageable no matter what I tried. The hair does not lay right - every time your move your head the hair becomes tangled leaving you to brush and comb every five minutes. Tpxinxin sent me an unreliable equipment without any instructions nor installation movie. They knew that I have to wait at least 14 days to install it therefore they just waited till I won't have an opportunity to rate. After installing the module it occurred with many malfunctions. I ordered 100 protective goggles so that I can donate them to local hospital. The order was made on Apr 3 but I still haven't gotten them yet as of May 10. To make it worse they don't even know where the package is. Their record shows a part or full of the package is returning to seller?.
Yet Aliexpress is asking me to wait until Jun 15 ( more than 70 days?) without assuring it will arrive. Are you serious? Aliexpress already created so much problem for my plan. They should refund and compensate for my loss of time. I CAN'T even move on because of this stupid limbo situation.
Way too much risk. Sellers lie, packages don't arrive and getting them to stick to their "guarantees" is a nightmare.
They don't use normal carriers. They have cheesy companies that use random people to deliver.
They refuse to bring packages to indicated spots (even with large signs and arrows), and often leave them in vulnerable places to be stolen.
So many of the listings completely misrepresent their products. I have used them for about 6 months and I'm done.
I have been manufacturing goods for over 50 years and buying wholesale. I have never had SO much trouble. Packages never arrive, are missing products (one courier slashed open a package and took all of the gold items).
Update: I can't believe the ridiculous message I received below from them. In the last 2 weeks I have spent over 100 hours and over 130 emails, requests and replies over two orders from the same seller that never arrived while doing EXACTLY what their reply tells me to do. The seller has never responded at all, but AE customer "service" has lied multiple times in emails. In the same email sent dozens of times they have claimed that my package was BOTH delivered and held at customs.

I requested a refund for a product which was not as described and went through multiple cases with the customer service reps, each saying that they would personally ensure they would ensure the issue is addressed (except the last rude customer service rep who did nothing to assist). Any other online store has a refund process that is mostly quick and easy. Aliexpress ensures it is extremely difficult or impossible to get a refund.
It is now December 2. I ordered an expensive watch on September 17. It arrived at New York customs on October 14. Seven weeks later the package has still not made it to me. I initiated a dispute with AliExpress on the earliest date I could, December 1. AliExpress responded that it was my problem and that they would release payment to the seller in five days. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company and hope they can get AliExpress to do the right thing.
Ordered 3 times for over 100 dollars (total price) under 2 separate orders shipped by Aliexpress shipment. They grouped it into one shipment and did not provide full information for shipment on a label (according to our Canada Post). Since they had no correct final address, they could not deilver so it went back to HK. After weeks of me fighting with them all they agreed to do is to refund 16 dollars for 1 item. After that they started to ignore my queries. Their support system just say that it will be escalated and nobody calls back. Site is garbich. Safer to use Amazon or Ebay.
