On 19th OCTOBER 2017, I ordered from Aliexpress a Fishing camera for the price of 136 euros. There were two shipping options available, one via DHL cheap and one via EMS more expensive than the previous one. I chose and paid the expensive EMS shipping option and I sent message to the seller noticing clearly "SHIPPING ONLY BY EMS".
The seller sent it by DHL on his own, without refunding me for the overdue amount since this was a cheaper method. After this singlesided action of the seller I refused to receive the product and asked on 30th OCTOBER 2017 Aliexpress for dispute to get my money back as a refund.
After almost two months of arbitration, Aliexpress released all the amount of 136 euros to the seller. In this point I felt very unjusted and I sent an email to Aliexpress for questioning their decision, in which they did not even for courtesy, answered to me.
ALIEXPRESS, it is a site that in all situations supports the sellers no matter what.

I received something I don't even know what it is. I could not create a dispute during the guarantee period because their website didn't work. The customer service told me to log the complaint to the seller thru email on their website instead. Now 2 months has passed, I did not received anything. I asked for a refund, they said no because I did not create a dispute during the guarantee period. However my complaints are still there on their site, just that they are not in the form of a dispute. I did exactly what the customer service told me.
I spent many hours with customer service since I received the box. They made me do this, do that and promised it will be resolved. Now they turned their back.

Please stay away from this it is a complete scam, after 2 months of waiting for an order I contacted them asking for the refund and they asked me to cancel the refund and to wait longer. I am lucky that my order was not too pricey. I advise you to not waste your money here.
I DO NOT recommend you shop at Aliexpress. Aliexpress team is mostly on seller's side. According to my experience of many years, when you get damaged or bad quality items from them, you don't get refund although you have received damaged item so you open the disputes and provide them all the evidences of problems. The reason why is again, because the Aliexpress team is mostly on seller's side so you're ending with losing your money. Recently, they started to request you to send the items back to them for refund although you provide them all the evidences. That means you'll have to pay for the return shipping fee which costs way more than whatever you bought. Or no return and no refund. Either way, you're losing money on trash.
I been with Aliexpress for about 2 years despite the usual 60 days + for item delivery. A couple of weeks ago and tried to complete a purchase and could not complete due to Aliexpress suspending my account and asking for a photo copy of my drivers license or Passport Copy and copy of my visa and bank statements. By the way my Visa Balance is zero balance with no problems, unsure as to why all of a sudden they are asking for personnel information vendors don't ask for? Has anyone else experienced this?

I have been shopping at AliExpress since February 2015 and since then I have ordered so many products. I keep buying from them because the products have good quality and are sold at low prices. The speed of delivery varies, sometimes is fast but sometimes takes a bit longer. Until now the service provided is excellent, when not received the material I was refunded. I recommended it to all.
I've bought a ton of stuff from Ali over the past years, and admittedly its becoming less and less due to how long shipping takes now compared to a year or two ago. But they are by-far not a scammer website, if you know exactly what you're looking for you can find pretty good deals. Took them a month to refund my money for an item that turned out to not be in stock and still kept $20 to cover their expenses, when it was me who had to do everything and take hours off work.

1was defective upon receipt (I throw it away) and, 1 I just received in Dec/2017 shuts off when ever configuration is been initiated. I have 2 indoor cameras purchased from you and these 2 work fine as well as 1 outdoor with no problem at all

No matter how enticing the price, you will get totally screwed. Product arrives, wrong sizes, you have to pay to return, false tracking numbers, lies, lies, lies, continually asking for the same information. Dispute process is a total dishonesty and they eventually just quit responding. Don't use PayPal as they leave you hanging out without a refund or product.
Please stear well clear of this company. The products and customer service is about as bad as it can get. Thousands of disgruntled customers speaks volumes for this lot.
