Annoying to be 'logged in' — "Hi, Scott" — then when I go to check out I have to sign in. Also, it asks for a User Name, which I can never remember. If I try to go by my email address, it tells me it's the wrong user name or that account does not exist. Great Advance Search options, but the log in thing sometimes drives to to ABE or just back to Amazon.

I do a lot of online shopping and your website is not intutive as others are. For example. On checkout it does not show the most recent address I used. On checkout the site continues to show shipping charges even though I have earned free shipping. I'm used to seeing them dropped on the checkout page of other vendors as soon as I have earned them.

Site wouldn't allow me to change my mind. When I tried to delete an item in my cart, it wouldn't allow me to review my order, so I left my order for a week and kept trying, it kept saying error, try again later(more or less, don't remember the exact wording). Finally had to proceed to check out, and only after paypal approved could I finally review and remove the item.

I received an out of print older book at a reasonable price compared to other websites and it was in good condition for a paperback. The insidr packaging was excellent with cardboard and the book was wrapped in a plastic cover.

I like that I can shop at many stores, but even after choosing books, I can use the optimize my order feature, to consolidate shipments from one store, saving on shipping had I ordered from more than one location.

I placed Order ******* but couldn't access the promised $20 coupon. I feel baited and switched! But I still want the books, so I'll proceed -- knowing that I can't depend on your promises of coupons.

The books I recieved where the same title but one book was an older copyright than what I ordered. I reported it to Alibris and they promptly issued credit. Good website to order from. Good customer service.

I ordered a book that was labeled "good condition" and while it was used and therefore not 'pristine', I would have called it very good or even excellent condition. The biggest drawback was the time it took to get here. While I'd like to have had it sooner, honestly it wasn't an emergency, so it was OK.

I give books to local barbershops and beauty salons for kids to read while they wait. Also give away books directly to kids. Fostering a love of reading. Love the good quality books from Alibris. Stretches my dollars.

Happy to find this service that links you to used booksellers around the country. I found that generally the prices at Alibris were lower than if you ordered the books directly from the stores via their websites. The books were in the conditions expected.
Only drawback was that shipping did seem to take longer than it could have - but their coming from used book stores, so this isn't the fault of Alibris.

Lightly used just as described. Affordable. Only thing that dings you is that shipping is just as or more expensive that what I'm buying! For something that lightweight, I would expect a faster ship time than a week.

I ordered a set of books, "A Modern Herbal," but volume 2 of 2 was cancelled, but another was replaced into my inbox. The price was maybe a few cents difference, at most. It should have been replaced in my order so I didn't have to reorder and pay shipping again. I hope the shipping and amount I paid will be corrected on my order. Regardless, it was dirty.

Alibris was the only website I could find the book I was looking for at a reasonable price. If I remember correctly, it took a while to get here, but I expected as much given the stated delivery date. The book was in good shape and overall it was a great experience.

Everything was great.
