Alibaba.com return policy is Totally bogus and worthless. They wanted proof and evidence in which I supplied 100% thru there sites messages between me and the seller with pictures of concerns that I would be getting the correct item, after receiving a item completely different. Alibaba.com would not back it up and closed the case with A Sorry. Now out $300.00 and worthless pieces of junk.

They are my only and worst experience on Alibaba.com. They sent me wrong product, lied to avoid refund.
I bought T500 smart watches from them. It should be HiWatch App series, they sent low quality HryFine App series watches. Listing said magnetic charger, instead they sent clip charger which don't fit well in box made for slim magnetic charger. Watch itself made of low quality material, lack of basic feature to display time in 12 hours format.

Bought a battery charger from Alibaba express and the seller shipped a wrong part, European connection type which is useless in North America. And when I complained, either send me the correct part or refund me, Alibaba Express team decided that I don't get any refund due to not having enough information. Not sure how difficult it is to understand the difference between European Vs. North American outlet. Hello, THEY ARE NOT COMPATABLE. So the question is; are they fraud or just simply don't understand English?

Do not trust this site. They offer no protection whatsoever to you as a buyer. I had an awful experience with them so allow me to save you the time, money, and trouble. Go elsewhere.

I had an account to contact with suppliers and out of the blue I couldn't login anymore. I keep receiving a message saying "this account cannot login at this time" it's not related to security reasons as many ppl have their accounts banned. I tried contacting though Facebook or wherever I could locate a way to communicate. They don't have a customer support only a bot that don't give options to talk to a human, call a number or solve your problems. I've lost all the suppliers I had contact with. Considering to find another platform to source my business in Australia, this is not a reliable website.

Their seller confirmed that to deliver a printer to my door in 20-23 days. It was 4 and half months ago. Still no sign of the printer. They says they can offer only their fee (100 USD) as Trade Assurance. Paid 3K for the printer and for the delivery. Don't buy anything from here more than by you can loose! There is no real buyer protection on anything!

Alibaba.com is a poorly managed online shopping website. They allow fake sellers selling phantom products scamming unsuspecting customers who thought they were safely buying products from a decent online shop. The scammer on alibaba.com even has a fake shipment tracking website that conveniently stayed active until I filed a complaint. Alibaba.com is an unchecked unregulated online shop anything goes there including your hard earned money.

Their purchasing software and service are terrible. They don't return calls, send senseless form letters, and then when you finally succeed after using three banks, their next email tells you that the transaction failed. They never corrected this. They use DHL to ship (no choice), who did not notify me while the package was at U.S. Customs for 6 days! It almost got sent back. Meanwhile, AliBaba is telling you they released your funds to the merchant, with no place on the form to tell them to hold up.

I have multiple occasion bad experience with alibaba. In both cases supplier is willing to provide full refund due to defective product but, alibaba close the case without refunding money, Alibaba don't have any no phone number or email to have any communication with alibaba. Worse part is they don't have any office here in Canada or USA. Feels like they are trying to protect their Chinese supplier

They scam people, I ordered a $ 600 lipocavitation machine I asked the lady have you already sent the machine to Canada without problem.Her answer yes no problem... so I ordered but Health Canada refused the machine and now they refuse to reimburse me even Alibaba... What a $#*!ty compagny seriously.And the lady dared to say that I had for sure refused my package when I got the proof from UPS.

Tra i tanti negozi di commercianti onesti si nascondono anche i truffatori. Io ne ho incontrato uno il Sig. Jong Tae della ASIANA ENTERPRISE KOREA che mi ha sottratto 300$. Probabilmente sono stato superficiale ma penso che l'organizzazione di ALIBABA dovrebbe controllare meglio quelli che si nascondono nella propria casa e risarcire gli utenti truffati. For my money, I received garbage in the literal sense of the word Despite my complaints about Alibaba support services, Alibaba refused to return my money. And 2 case seller send to another country, I complained that the product was sent to another country, I wanted to get my money back because I didn't receive my item, or let him correct his mistake. Alibaba customer service did not help me. I paid 2 times more to bring my country from another country. Never do business with this Shipping Company this is a Ukrainian company they cheat customers. They give a very cheaper price for transportation Well then they charge you 10 times more money.to return the goods

The machine we ordered came damaged, we did everything we would have if dealing with a US company, taking pics and videos,etc but Alibaba keeps stringing us out with further documentation now we are close to 3 months out with no resolution, a broken crappy machine taking up space in our warehouse. This is the 1st and last order our firm with do with Alibaba. I'm learning what I should have known - there is a reason they are cheap. I would advise staying away from Alibaba.

Don't buy anything from this company they are so bad. I bought wig from this company and I am so angry they sold the for me for $285 USD, I ordered 180% density but they brought me 130% density. My customer doesn't want the wig because is too thin. I left messages they read my messages but don't reply. I am asking them to give me their address so I can return but they are not replying me. Please don't buy wigs from this company. They'll sell you fake wig.

Alibaba represents any vendor with no credibility checks, background assessment or the like. They are an Amazon wannabe without the credibility or morals.
One of their vendors scammed us on a total lie about the product (flower baskets) being sold through Alibaba.
Upon contacting Alibaba we learned the refund and complaint process is intentionally complicated to discourage using the site.
Alibaba is just another China based liar.

This company is impossible to get ahold of anyone. They have numbers that automatically disconnect others which have a busy signal.
The company I supposedly purchased from was a 10 day shipment. However two months later in still waiting. No items, no refund and no legitimate phone number to dispute
Never will I use this service for any future business or personal needs.

The company has a Trade Assurance claiming it is in place to protect buyers, it does not, it more over protects the merchant. I purchased epoxy from Dongguan City Force New Material Co. LTD should anyone want specific details, please feel free to reach out on this very toxic garage material

I ordered multiple different products from 3 different Chinese sellers and received poor quality products. Filled with defects, scratches, dents and poor finish that were not mentioned in their product listings. I was confident that their "Trade Assurance Policy" would protect me but it turns out they always favor sellers over buyers, just like what others experienced here. It's been 5 months since I filed a chargeback with my bank but it seems that I won't be getting my money back.

We ordered already many times trough Alibaba. Now we received bad quality from Huai'an Meisiyu Textiles Co., Ltd; Aimee Fang. They were unable to solve our quality complaints within 4 weeks, we are still waiting for an answer for a refund of the defective products.

TDLR: Huai'an Meisiyu Textiles Co., Ltd is not responsive and does not offer a refund of the defective products.

So not trust worthy! All the sellers are putting fake prices on products and then when you write them to buy a big qty they double the price listed! Such a waste of time, I don't recommend!

This Sofa advertising for $450... plus £200 delivery...
Well I ended up paying over £2000+ for this sofa set.
Photo very deceiving so is the company owner JASON AND TONY CHEN.
It took nearly 5 months for delivery.
When it arrived it was cheap cheap material that was stuck on with Velcro. Sofa is rock hard and uncomfortable...
Nothing like the glamorous photo shoot.

I ordered a jacket from Alibaba a few months ago and it still sits in my closet like brand new still in the package. I ordered extra large and received a small with crazy note xl out of stock. Absolutely terrible, now what should I do? Return to China at my expense not fair to me. Plus I waited a month for it to arrive. Buy nothing from this ripoff store.

The Forwarder gave me wrong dimensions and Weight of my cartons, One of the carton is only 0.6 kg while they charged me 11 Kg.They did it by purpose to charge me more money otherwise this carton is not needed at all.there were only 4 small items in this small carton which could be placed in the big carton without any issue.They mislead me by not showing the actual carton and just dispatched it and sent me the above picture in which it is mentioned that the carton is 11kg while it is only 0.6 Kg. Also they removed plastic wrapping from one of my product as you can see in the attached screen shot, I told them not to open the product packing.While they are lying that I told them not to open the Carton.
