We booked our umrah trip with this company back in September 2023 for December 2023. Right from the beginning there were red flags but us thinking that this is a spiritual trip via a Muslim company, it will all be ok. How stupid and naïve we were to think that. The agent that managed our booking was called Talha. They demanded an increased amount of money as the initial quoted amount did not go through which was because of their own system but we paid the increased amount and confirmed the package. They sent us the details and itenary of the package including flight details, hotel details and the extras including transport in GMC cars for pickup from airport to hotels, vice versa and travelling to Mecca to Madina. This was all confirmed via email in September. Two weeks before our umrah date, I contacted Talha to ensure everything was all good but was told that our hotel in Madina was not confirmed and that they will have to book another hotel as there was no availability in the hotel that we had originally agreed. This was two weeks before we were due to fly out. Every single day since then, I was calling Talha several times during the day to confirm a hotel which they kept changing and would not confirm. I also gave them the option of giving us some money back so that we could book a hotel ourselves. They would not agree to do this. This was truly a distressful and nauseating time as we had two children with us and we were not sure if there will be a hotel to go to when we arrive in Madina. Talha only confirmed a hotel after we had checked into the airport for our umrah trip We were emotionally drained and did not know what to expect when we got there. When we arrived in Madina airport, we called the contact number we were given for the taxi company, the driver reported that he waited for us and had left. We explained that our flight landed on time and did not even take us too long to come out of security so why would he leave? He said he would be there in 10-15 minutes but we had to wait almost two hours inside the airport for him to come. When he arrived, he did not come in a GMC car as we were promised but a rusty old Hyundai H-1 that was dirty and dusty both inside and outside. We arrived at the hotel and a guy contacted us saying that we should meet him on the floor of our room as he is waiting for us and that we did not need to check in at the reception as he has already done that for us. Our room was ok, and we thought that despite everything, we were finally there. The next morning, we kept getting the cleaners knocking on the door to say that we need to leave as it's time for check out. We explained to them that we were supposed to be there for four days but they kept insisting that they were instructed by the reception that the room was only booked for one day and we must leave. I contacted Talha who would not give me any information or answers to our calls or messages and kept us waiting for information on the booking with the hotel. He confirmed that it was ok for us to stay almost at the end of the day making us waste a whole day of our trip as the hotel staff kept insisting, we leave with our belongings. The exact same thing happened again on the second day and we were not booked in for breakfast which was supposed to be included in the package. Again, Talha would not respond or answer to our calls or messages. We contacted the actual company and were informed that Talha has in fact gone on holiday himself. How someone can go on holiday themself knowing that there is a family with children stranded on a holiday because of his lack of professionalism and incompetence shows the kind of a heartless person he is. We had another agent call us from Madina who reported that he will sort it all but we had to pay 2600 SAR to the hotel to confirm our booking. The Madina agent did however come back and reimburse the money. During our trip, we were promised a GMC car for all our travels including the ziarat, but not once was a GMC car provided. In total there were so many disappointments booking through this company. Brothers and sisters, if you are looking for a spiritual umrah experience where you can be stress-free and just focus on your umrah, then do not book with this company as they do not care about anything else apart from money. The grief and frustration they put us through as a family is beyond traumatic and upsetting. May Allah swt help and protect us all from scammers like these

They attract you with advertisement on social media platforms by showing less price,but in reality it will never be that price.And once you will pay them pre-booking fee after that they could alternate your package plan.it already has happened with thousand of their customers.I still regret booking through them
Ruined my umrah experience and kept charging more money. Didn't book any of the hotels in Saudi so when I got there I had no room! Embarrassing is an understatement. Then getting these clowns to sort out there mess I got told ' I wasn't the agent that was dealing with you trip' coz I got arsey with the imbecile on the phone.

So devastated! They asked for extra funds 2 days before we were due to travel despite us us fully paying them 3 months prior. So we cancelled but they have not refunded us a penny of the thousands we were due! This is completely unislamic, no matter when but especially considering it's hajj and Umrah trips people trust them with. Do not use this company they are frauds.

Booking was made in October 23 for a December 23 Umrah Trip. The agent who booked the flights and the whole package apparently left the company. We were kept in the dark for few weeks and upon chasing the updates they kept fobbing us off till the day
Of our flight. They did not provide us with the Medina Hotel Voucher, which means we were not sure if we have a hotel confirmed for our stay in medina.
The transfers were booked but no voucher was provided again.
I am writing this in extreme frustration as no one seems to help and understand the situation in this company. Everyone keep passing us to too and for to different
Agent. I spoke with almost all the agent and no one was helpful.
Since Mohammed who booked the flights and package, left the company, no one in the company dealt with the case after his departure. When we started the chase in November then AMNA took over the case partially and started to scream on us once asked to provide us the missing documents. She finally processed the visas and left it like that for us to chase again the additional missing documents such as hotel vouchers and trnasfer vouchers.
We again chased and eventually ALI NAUMAN (THE MANAGER) only provided Hotel voucher, even that was for Makkah only - which is half of the stay and with an incorrect travel voucher with wrong hotel name mentioned.
They all kept on giving us excuses and did not help at all what so ever. We are still in a lurch our flight is tomorrow morning 17th December from STN and we do not have a travel voucher and transfers voucher.
The whole package is fully paid since the time of booking in October/November.
Even today on my way to STN - we were told that the voucher will be available by tomorrow 2pm. I have no trust at all.
We spoke and requested the agents working here some of the

They are fraudsters sitting here to rip people off and I will be considering making an ATOL complaint or relevant legal claim against the company.
We are travelling with family group with children and elders but they have no shame what so ever to resolve the matter for us.
We can anticipate further inconvenience in Medina - when the hotel will not allow us to check in as of the booking. I sincerely hope it does not happen but my gut feeling is telling me that this is coming.

Bad company, they don't respond to your messages or calls once you have tried to arrange tickets with them. You have to chase the people up and when they do answer no one is around. Very upsetting.
Don't bother. Biggest scammers. Try some legit company unless u want to loose your money. Look at their name and look at their activities. Dont even have shame.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.
We decided to book the last 10 days of Ramadan with them and the hotel we have chosen was 10 nights for £4900 and 3 nights in Madinah for £300 roughly.
They were very responsive for as long as they wanted us to make the payment.
As soon as we made the payment, the chaos started: we waited 24 hours for us to receive confirmation. When I asked them again the next day for the confirmation, they said hotel in Makkah was no longer available. It was meant to be 2 rooms of 2 for 10 nights. So I then asked for alternatives, all of which were of a lower standard and more expensive. I asked for the same hotel 1 room 4 people and they told me 1 room 4 people were available for the SAME price = £4900 at which point I realised they were just deceitful and just wanted more money. This was the day before we were leaving and as they were unable to provide me with the hotel we agreed on and I paid for, I have asked for a refund. From there, they were very slow to respond and kept telling me not to worry I would get a refund and that the person in charge of accounts and payment was away from his desk. I kept calling and at no point did they say they would not refund me. When their 'manager' called, he said I would not get a refund because 'the room I booked is still available' and that if I didn't listen, he would need to be rude to me. He also said they have never said the hotel was no longer available, just that they were providing me with more options. SubhanAllah, fear Allah!
When he was getting increasingly rude and threatening, I decided to call my bank and cancel the payment. This is when I realised that they were gaining time to make sure my transaction was no longer pending and the funds were on their side. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a muslim services provider, who is meant to help pilgrims in their journey to Makkah.
In the mean time, I had no other choice but to request services from a different agency which found the same hotel I was meant to stay at with AlHaram travel agency: 1 room 4 people including suhoor for £2800. This is the same room and board this fraudulent agency wanted me to pay £2000 extra. I urge you to fear Allah as I have seen nothing but dishonesty when dealing with them.
They are also very reluctant to communicate by email. All they want is using unofficial communication channels that would mean less protection from you.
I have finally received the refund, which I have been waiting for to write this review.

They rang me again, this time a man called Ali. He told all covid guide lines have been dropped from 17 May and that its open for hajj and umra. He did jot realise he still got it wrong!. Please keep away from this company. Ramadan Mubarak to all Muslims.

I placed a deposit of 100 pounds to Travel to Saudi Arabia in May due to the Corna virus this trip is no longer going to happen as they have closed the borders. I spoke to Ali Noman who said I could get a refund use the deposit later, right now it doesn't seem that we will be going to Saudi in the near future, so I asked Ali for a refund, he started shouting at me in a refund manner saying I couldn't get a refund back. This company is a scam please do not book with them.
I am not happy with how this money making company deals with customers. Their advisor Noor bought in the conversation the Day of Judgement I will be punished seriously because I refused to pay her more money. Normally with travel agents when three to four people book the price drops but the price remained the same. I asked to justify the cost of why I had to pay the same for 9 nights as to what people pay for 17 nights. I wasn't provided with any justification. I spoke to then Zahid Salim and Ahmed, as usual, they supported their team member that she can speak to customers rudely.
Not once the conversation has been favoured towards the customer.
I Booked my umrah package with my other cousins family altogether 11 people back in February 2020 for April the 3rd, couldn't travel due to travel restrictions. We were told we would be recieving a partial refund within 8-12 weeks. We have been patient and considered as we understand its difficult right now for travel industries. After the timeframe had passed, we contacted the travel agent again. And we were told we will recieve our refund within the next weeks, its been over 2 weeks still have not recieved any money. Tried calling many many times, travel agent does not pick up. This is no less than fraudent service.
Avoid them at any cost; if you are in trouble they will never back you up.
Dealt with problems in an unprofessional manner. Their manager promised compensation for their error and now is ignoring and blocking our number. Any time you call from a different phone, he is "out of office".

My father Mr Anwar Malik had made a group booking of more than 50+ people to go on a Umraah trip including a few days to Turkey all inclusive package. He was told by the agent Ahmed Latif that £75 per person is needed for deposit and final payment to be made nearer to time.so all deposit paid and due to travelling in February 2021 because of the pandemic this got cancelled.
My father has respect and is a trusted man for his community and family. He has made several attempts to Mr Abdul Latif to regain the refunds paid but has been unsuccessful although some payments were made he is still pending £1500 Abdul Latif is not receiving his calls, not replying to messages of my father pleading to pay back the peoples money. My father is retired and has become stressed with this as he has a responsibility to pay back. Abdul Latif is very inconsiderate and has lied and broken promises he has made.
I feel ashamed that people like him are working for a company called Alharam Travel, it should be a haraam company that deceives innocent people.

Do not book with this company. I had the worst experience and had to pay an extra £470 due to errors on my Visa made by them. When I asked for a refund they blamed me and refused the refund. Rude and disgusting liars, AVOID this company.
Al Haram Travels is the worst travel agency in the history of all travel agencies. When we turned up at our hotel in Makkah, we were sleepless and exhausted; but we found out the company had not made the payment to the hotel and the hotel demanded us to make a new payment. This was so frustrating because we had paid Al Haram Travels six months before our travel!
I reported the problem to their customer services over the phone and they promised the same problem will not be repeated in Medina. However, in Madinah, the same problem occurred, and it turned out Al Haram Travels never made a payment to them. The hotel's manager even said that he encounters several cases on a daily basis, whereby people show up with the Al Haram Travel booking vouchers, but the hotel never receives any payments from them. So, we had to make the payment to the hotel ourselves. I met at least 5 families in Makkah and Madinah who suffered the same problem. What made things worse was that I was travelling with my disabled son, who also badly suffered because of the problems Al Haram Travels inflicted upon us.
The hotels they book are really cheap and tacky, takea look at someof the pictures from the hotelin Makkah. Also, the hotel in Makkah was really far from the Haram; although the agent had lied to us about its proximity to the Haram. The airlines they book are also extremely cheap and they don't add any meals to your airline bookings, whereas most travel agency provide meals. Because of the reasons, their profit margins are enormous. They are an absolute fraud. Don't go near this diabolical travel agency. This company should really be banned from operating. We are now in the process of taking legal action against this evil company.

If you are looking to book a Hajj Package then I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I initially booked a Hajj Package and paid a deposit of £600. Due to unforeseen Circumstances I had to cancel and cancelled 20hrs later. Although I was refunded £300, the remaining £300 was not refunded until 23 days, 41 phone calls and 23 emails later. The service I received from the staff was disgraceful to say the least and one that I would not wish upon anyone else. I was constantly being lied to and passed from pillar to post. Please note that the Terms and conditions are not clear on the website and should anything go wrong with your trip then Alharam Travel will not take any responsibility whatsoever. In fact my £600 payment went to Emenac Travel who I had no dealing with whatsoever and was bound by their terms and conditions. AlHaram Travel is trading under the name of Morseand Ltd and will most definitely book your trip through other 3rd party agents. I was also informed by a member of their staff that the positive reviews on this site are not all genuine. I find it hard to believe that every time a negative post is uploaded it is followed up by dozens of positive reviews.

The agent Sobia was calling me multiple times in a day pressuring me into booking with them.
I Was told if I didn't transfer Over £100 they would not be able to secure the best locations/flights.
Some days we would recieve 13 calls from Sobia but guess what as soon as we decided to go with another company we were told that the money we had already paid was non-refundable.
They stopped returning our calls and replying to our Emails.
After Further Investigation it turns out all the google reviewers are Fake and Made up! DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOGLE SCORE

The travel agent failed to provide me with my 40 flights from London Heathrow to Saudi Arabia, Jeddah. I booked the flight and paid a deposit back in 2nd July 2018. I am still waiting for my refund the sum of £5000 to be paid. They will make you wait up to 15-30 minutes when you call them.
Since contacting them for my £5000 refund on 19th September 2018 they will make false promises and get your hopes up. I have been waiting over two weeks for my refund despite being told I shall get the money within 7 days.
The staff at Al Haram Travel are dishonest and will mislead you regarding any bookings. Please make sure you make payment via Debit of Credit card. This will enable your bank to retain your money back.
