“Give Someone Else Your Business”

I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company is a joke and they literally do not care about customer service, doing the job right the first time, or getting issues resolved in a timely manner. I manage a brand-new property in Midtown and we have called with issues almost weekly with fire alarms, gates, cameras - you name it - if they installed it, it either does not work properly or breaks within a few weeks of the installation and then continues to break. I've communicated with multiple people at this company - Art, Ube, Bill Waters, Bill Harmel, Dan (who has since either quit or retired), and multiple other techs too many to name and there is no sense of urgency and a complete lack of concern for their customer. Their excuse has been that we chose what they installed... they give us options and they just install it... do they sell this crap to all their customers? If your company has been chosen to do this project - why would you want your name to be associated with products that are prone to issues and why would you recommend them to your customer? To make $$$ on all the calls you know will be coming in from the constant malfunctioning of said products? Sounds like bad business practices and I want anyone who reads this to know - you have been warned - DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
