Car was not new... 30K+ miles and was not clean when I picked it up. Also, $15/day for a 2nd driver... no way!
Like I said like to be transparent, so I'm gonna pay a price I expect to pay that price no explanations on tolls no explanations on gas. You understand this is not my first time renting from you guys and I've never had a problem until now so I hope next time would be better. I like renting from you guys.

Rate was ridiculous reservations rate & additional charges once I arrived. I was unaware of the rental costing amount $900.00 that was insane. Never experienced this before at all.

Excellent customer service. Our flight was delayed and when we arrived Thrifty had closed. The lady who assisted us with National ensured us that everything was going to be okay. Within minutes she had us in a car. Thanks a million

Nice experience. Check-in/Check-out etc. Got a nice car after switch. First time they gave me a wrong car. Later replaced with Wrangler.

The car screen said "engine malfunction". Although we were spending $200 per day, the phone operators said we need to take two hours to Uber to the airport for a replacement. We were told twice that supervisors would call us back, but they never did. Although they said they would, they never told the airport staff we were coming so they had no replacement cars. The airport staff was great and worked it out. I would avoid Alamo in the future!
