I ordered a tool from Aksara Cipta. I'd never heard of them before but they had a professional website, good prices, and free shipping. They accepted PayPal so my payment was protected. Or so I thought. The tool never came. Aksara Cipta never responded to any requests for information. After realizing that I had been duped, I went to PayPal for help and thus far have been given the run-around. Aksara Cipta is a complete scam. PayPal will not help with merchant disputes.

They advertise merchandise at a very low price and if you buy, you never get your merchandise and all the tracking numbers and the shipping websites you are reffered to are all nonexistence.
Just don't fall for the low price. Its a scam.

DONT USE IT. ITS A COMPLETE FRAUD.
