They send you emails when surveys are available from time to time and it states that you'll receive 100 points usually after they have enough responses. I had one that I did just recently with a 100% completion through to the end worth 200 points but had to send them an email recently about the missing 200 and they emailed me back and said to expect them within a week. Well guess what? Still don't have them plus from a few others as well so points don't add up to more than it should. These are long weeks to receive these points and I'm not getting tired holding my breath for them.

If you should get lucky 1time out of 10 you may get to site but you cant sign in most of the time and forget about redeeming rewards. I actually got to that point once and tried to redeem and again site not there. Points seem to be missing I was doing alot of surveys and my total did not reflect that to me
