Airy Technology

I sent a meter to this company for the 3rd year in a row for calibration. I have tried every other calibration service, but none will calibrate this meter because it was manufactured by Airy. The first two years I had problems getting my meter back in a timely manner. This year they got me the meter back on time, but sent me an incorrect certificate for the calibration. I spoke to Tom Grillo, a manager, and he promised to get it sent along with our vendor survey as soon as the Christmas holiday was over. I heard nothing for weeks. Long story short, he lied for weeks over several emails about the certs. I spoke to another manager, Kristi Capello, and she lied as well. The only way I got my information is from a girl that actually cared and had just started working there the prior week, Leah. This was the end of January 2016 and all this started the 21st of December 2015. It should NEVER take over a month to get information that was paid for December 10th. If not for Leah, I don't think I would ever get my survey or certificates. How a company can continuously lie to customers and not simply do their jobs is beyond me. I have no idea how they are still in business. I'm guessing it's because no other calibration company will touch their meters. I would NEVER recommend buying anything from Airy Technologies. We are buying another meter just so we do not have to deal with this company anymore. They are thousands of dollars, but that is still better than having to deal with Airy Technologies. The company is a joke.
