I had to reroute our tickets yesterday due to flight delays. I called United Airlines 800 number directly. There were a few signs early on where my radar went up but I was desparate to get home and overlooked them. The biggest sign was when he told me that if my bank declines the charge for the new ticket to inform the bank that the charge is OK. Thankfully my Southwest Airlines tickets were booked while his "fee" did not go through. Take note when you call an official number that it is truly the airline!

This company intercepted my phone call to Air Canada and pretended to be Air Canada. They charged me $1100 to reschedule a cancelled flight. Air Canada told me rescheduling would have been free.
Tip for consumers:
This company is able to hijack phone calls to airlines. Just because you have dialled the correct phone number doesn’t mean you are actually speaking to the airline.
Do not deal with this company! We thought we were calling our airline to exchange tickets. We somehow got redirected to airtickets.com's phone number. They said they exchanged the flight and charged us a $200 service fee. When we got to the airport they had NOT exchanged the tickets and they KEPT the $200. STAY AWAY! TOTAL SCAM!
