Matter: Review of aircustoms.bigcartel.com I write in respect of the above matter and to express my frustration with my order at aircustoms.bigcartel.com, which to date I still have not received. To make matters worse, Air Customs have not responded to any of my emails or messages. On Friday 9th October 2015, I came across aircustoms.bigcartel.com and was fascinated by its unique design and quality of the displaying Air Customs shoes on their website. Thus, I made an order for a pair of custom Nike shoes on the same day. It was expressly written on the website that the shipping would take 15 to 20 working days for orders to be shipped worldwide. After 20 working days, I noted that I have not received my order. As such, I contacted Air Customs via email at *******@yahoo.co.uk and left them messages on their website. As stated, I have not received any further response from Air Customs and despite writing to them on numerous occasions requesting them to contact me, I have not heard back from them. It has now passed 4 months and I still have not received my order. I believe that it is clear that I have been scammed by Air Customs as the payment has been taken by them and they have failed to deliver my order after 4 months of placing the same. The fact that they have failed to acknowledge or respond to any of my messages is indicative of the apparent fraudulent behaviour of Air Customs. I would advise anyone against placing orders with Air Customs based on the above.
