After reading most negative comments I felt I had to send our own experience about Aimersoft Video Converter. Our recording studio has used this software regularly for many years. We constantly convert audio and video files and I can say this program is extremely reliable, very fast, very easy to use and easy set up your own preferences to use at a click. Perhaps other user have had bad experiences with it and with its costumer services but we never had to get in touch with them and never had any problem at all with the software. On the contrary and that's why I wanted to also give our feedback as a regular user.
They have a 30-day refund policy which if you read the details is exhaustive. I asked for a refund because their product, iTube video downloader, did NOT work. I requested a refund. They replied back with instructions to re-download the app and other trouble shooting procedures. Tried all that and still didn't work. Then they had me send activity logs off of my computer of what I did. I sent that in. Then they emailed me instructions to send in the url of the site I tried downloading and a video recording of the problem. It is an endless nightmare trying to get a refund! Save yourself the frustration and DO NOT BUY!
