DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! ZERO STARS! I recently bought a diaper bag from this website, and was very much disappointed with both the product itself and the customer service I received after receiving the bag. The diaper bag (as advertised) seemed like a dream - dozens of organization pockets, and on top of it all, a pull-out changing station for your baby. Upon receipt of the bag, however, I noted that 4 or 5 of the pockets (as advertised) were simply missing and non-existent. Also, the product had zero instructions and I had a lot of difficulty setting up the pull-out changing bed (not at all easy to use, especially on-the-go). All in all, I was sorely disappointed and felt duped and lied to by their product listing. I wrote to the customer service team to attempt and resolve the matter, but was met with a lot of delay e-mails, until finally I was simply told that the product I paid for was the product I got (which couldn't be farther from the truth!). My requests for a refund have also gone unanswered. I tried posting a review to their website, but it seems to have mysteriously disappeared as well. I can't help but conclude that this is a scam company looking to make a quick buck by selling consumers inferior products - not just consumers, but pregnant consumers! My advice: look elsewhere and don't buy from this website.
