I have told this website to all my friends. It's a great place for quality electronics and hobby stuffs for a discounted price. I make sure to point out it's direct shipped from China (I assume) so if you want it immediately spend extra on shipping. If you go the cheaper route it will take a long time. I have order Christmas from them 3 years straight now and I've only had 1 disappointment, a capacitive mini-tablet. I will continue to order from them, and spread the word.

I ordered a product about 3 months ago, and never received it. They send the odd reply back and it's always from a ‘Lucy', and always the same wording in the letter. Saying that a tracking number will come soon and then it will be 3-5 weeks after that!? When ordering it said 3-5 DAYS. I have asked for a refund and not had any reply, then they message to say it's been shipped out. That was 6 weeks ago and I still have not received ANYTHING. Not even a reply, nothing. It's a huge SCAM! They are con artists. Stay away guys

I ordered some winter yoga pants and while I did get them, it appeared they sent a child size and not an adult size. When I tried to exchange it, they wouldn't exchange it and would not offer a return. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

You have to be nuts to buy anything from this scam business. I was one of the nuts. You order one thing & they send you something else then tell you to ship it back at your cost.Don`t know what PAYPAL can do but am going to find out.

Even one star is too much for this company. Please do not order from these people or your money is gone. I ordered an item back in May and it still hasn't arrived. There is no response on follow up emails.

THIS IS YOUR WARNING! DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A FRAUD! I ordered a product on 1-6-19 and still have not received as of 3-3-19. I have emailed numerous times with absolutely no response. They will be provide you with an order number and a tracking number for your shipment. THIEFS!

Ordered an item from Walmart supplied by this vendor. Item was advertised as a set and pictured that way as well. Received one item and was told by vendor that's the way it comes as indicated on the box that I received and not the item as pictured on Walmart's site. Efforts to resolve were fruitless and I was told that I would have to pay to return the item. Classic case of false advertising and poor customer service.

I ordered a tablet and other accessories on September 14, to date I have not received anything and you do not respond more tickets.
First they say that making a partial shipment, then tell me to wait for the tablet to be provided by the manufacturer (on the site was listed in stock), the tacking of the partial shipment is stopped from September 22.
I made a complaint to pay pal.
I suggest you do not order from this seller.

I bought a cellphone from them for 200= $300, took 74 days to arrive and it wasn't working. I returned it and they only refund me 90. Don't waste your money and time.

Delivery was super slow. They were quick to respond when I threatened to withhold my PayPal payment for a product that had been in the "shipping" process for WEEKS. I had filed an incident report with PayPal so I guess that got their attention. So I FINALLY received the merchandise to find it cheaply made and ridiculously small even though I ordered it TWO SIZES larger based on my experience with other sellers like this. So I went to contact them and the e-mail was returned undeliverable. Shameful and I would NEVER buy from or even think of recommending them ever again. $15 lesson learned.

I purchased two smart watches from Happy Deals as gifts. Both stopped working. I returned the second one in August and till today I have not received my refund. I have contacted happy deals over 20 times and they were always confused about the situation. I have emailed numerous times and was told that they did not receive my watch. Upon calling yet again I requested that they check, they had it there all along! I was promised a refund and am still waiting. Every time I call to find out I'm given promises that it will be done the very same day. 3 months have gone and still nothing. I have spent more airtime calling these unprofessional people than the actual refund. I have requested to speak to the manager but my email was just ignored.
Never buy from this company!

The customer service is sickening!

WARNING!
ahappydeal.com, gearbest.com, everbuying.com, everbuying.net are all the same company. I am pretty sure they have paid people to post the positive reviews, they only allow positive or relatively neutral reviews posted on their site. They sell cheap, more often then not, faulty merchandise. When you have a problem with it (an you will) they will break the law and not take it back despite UK law now stating it is required for online retailers to take returns without even needing a reason for any online purchases within the first 14 days of receiving the goods. They instead offer only store credit so you can buy more of their cheap goods. If you insist on returning it they will make you pay to ship all the way back to China. So basically if you order from them you'll end up losing money and more importantly lots of time from your life.

I bought Blackview Alife phone about 9 months ago, not working now, I contacted them now x2 and no answer.
Complete waste of money and waste of time with these Chinese companies.
Will never buy again from them.
Buy locally and see what you are actually buying.

Everbuying is bad as well. I placed an order close to three weeks ago from them and still have no Idea as to when I will get it. But I did go through Pay Pal so I'm hoping I can at least get my money back. I wish I had did a review search on these people before I purchased. Some of these sites look professional but they operate like scam sites.

Tip for consumers:
The only advise I can give for using Everbuying.com is please don't.
I finally got m y money back from these people- thanks to Paypal.
Dealing with China as a whole, can be bad business unless you use something like Paypal. Some of them have websites set up that looks really professinonal but are totally scam sites. I'm not say all are bad. I'm only saying be careful when dealing with anyone outside the USA. And if you do a wire transfer don't use "Western Union" unless your sure of whom you'r

Ordered a U.S. $350 phone that was "in stock" only to be told 33 days after ordering (and being in constant correspondence trying in vain to get is shipped to another address but thats another saga in itself) that it was "out of stock"! This meant that if I had not have asked for paypal refund, I would have been waiting a total of 4 months for the phone to arrive. BE WARNED STAY AWAY! Online Service is shocking, they do not understand English properly!

I regretted buying from them. I ordered on December 1 and never received it. I contacted many times via email and they kept saying to wait for the product. Really? Its been 45 days already. I can't seem to get anyone by phone. I need my money back. I bought that phone to give my cousin for his birthday December 21. I'm freaking pissed I didn't have nothing to give to him. Please I'm fed up I need my money back

I bought a smart phone for £105.00 + £26.88 tax. It reached me in three weeks time. It should have 8 GB ROM but showing only 4 GB. Raised a ticket T*******908. It has been more than two weeks no satisfactory answer. One can buy the same phone in uk for £125.00 inc. postage and no more tax, any problem you can contact the seller easily. I suggest stay away from all Chinese companies, its not worth.

Even after putting correct address in it sent it to an old address from the paypal system. Buy over 5k worth online per year and have NEVER had this problem before, now I can't even find out if the item has been delivered and therefore lost (people at old address say it hasn't been received) or not sent and then I could put a post redirect form in at the post office and would be able to rescue it then.
Complete and utter garbage

I ordered a phone from them and it has yet to arrive (let alone show anything in the tracking number) almost one month later. I have sent 5 emails over that time and have yet to get a single response. I'd stay away; communication is non-existent. Paid extra for the "expedited" 3-5 day shipping and that has done me no good. I'd ask for a refund if i could even get through to anyone!

I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this but this is the way I feel...

If you buy from websites based in China a good rule of thumb is don't buy technology (phones, computers, cars etc...) and food (baby food, formula etc...).
If you buy anything at all... textiles and cheap plastic things like cd holders and make sure they aren't priced over $5. This goes for palm reading too.

PS. Don't order more than one item at a time that way your never out more than $5.

Paid £63.00 for nine LED bulbs advertised to last *******-******* hours. Four failed immediately the others within 3 weeks. Was compensated with four identical replacements whereas I asked for a better quality bulb as compensation and I had to pay a further £8.00 postage I was also given a mere £3.00 refund.
These extra four bulbs failed immediately. Therefore I paid a total £68.00 in total for effectively 13 totally useless bulbs. Have been chasing them now for eight months for a refund but their support staff feign a poor understanding of the English language in sidestepping my request

I placed three orders with this company, one as a consumer and two as a business, ranging from about $100 to over $1500. I advise you NEVER use them, regardless of pricing or advertised promises. Once you place an order, you will wait 2-3 weeks or longer for them to process and ship. The items they ship are cheaply made and sometimes poorly packaged. Although they advertise a warranty, if there is a failure of a technical product, they tell you to take it to a local shop, not to replace it. Worst company ever.
