Timeline:
November 13th 7.00 PM USA Eastern time (Sunday) - visited aha video site. Initially the screen did not move to the next pages unless you give a Credit Card or a debt Card. Number. I entered my debit Card details but before I could get the confirmation screen, I got an error - cannot access page. I initially thought something was wrong with my card, and I tried again with a different debit Card and it did the same. I never got the confirmation page that you agree to the services.
So i became suspicious and immediately tried to use their chat service on their website leaving an offline message "Please do not charge my card as the page did not load"

November 13th 7.12 pm (within 9 minutes) ( got an invoice saying that my card has been charged $59.99 for the subscription
November 13th 7.17 pm: I sent an email back to AHA support saying that this is not correct and I should not be charged. The reply came back with a Case number the next morning
November 14th 8.00 am - USA time - Case number - *******.
November 14th 10 00 am USA time - I tried to call the above AHA number - A lady picked up the phone and she said someone will contact you in the next 12 -24 hours.
November 15th: No one called me and I tried to contact the AHA number again and they said the amount was charged correctly and you had agreed to the conditions. I was really irritated because I never agreed to the transaction as the page did not load. I asked for a full refund as I never used even a single stream or video and demanded a full refund
November 15: I got an email saying the case has been escalated and please allow 10-12 days for processing. It has been nearly 12 days and I keep getting emails from different people in AHA that the case has escalated and they keep asking me "DO not stream Videos from AHA site". THey have sent this a multiple times.
November 24: No sign of any refund so far and they keep sending dummy emails saying that my case is escalated.
We know from experience that these fraud services would use this term "Do not stream videos" as a reason to deny the refund saying "you had used the video service and therefore we cannot give you refund" We had seen this with several companies. I have a complete history of my private IP that i used with my computer. I have not visited the company website and never used any of its services to this day
We have filed several complaints to get our money back. We have not used even 0.*******% of their service and still they keep delaying the refund. NO one should even visit this site
Please be careful. they charge your card immediately and very difficult to get your refund back. they delay it giving useless reasons
just visited their Streaming site.. Not even used their products but i got charged
