I had to try three times to get the items for my first order. The first seller could not deliver the items, although they were advertised as being in stock. The second wanted to charge outrageous shipping, and the third took "only" two months. When they refunded me, they missed the decimal point, and I erroneously got back $2700 instead of $27. The noticed it a few days later and charged my credit card account. For my second order of about $55, I had $32 in my e-wallet, so I wanted to pay the extra $23 through PayPal. No reaction whatsoever to several inquiries and complaints through their website. E-mails to *******@agreetao.com, *******@agreetao.com, *******@agreetao.com, *******@agreetao.com and *******@agreetao.com bounced back. Then I tried to withdraw my $32. Now the funds are frozen and have been so for two weeks! DO NOT BUY FROM AGREETAO! You will regret it. I will only use Aliexpress.com from now on.

This is the worst web shopping experience of my life. I bought an item for about 13.00 $.
When I click to complete purchase the price jumped to over 15.00 $ and a shipping fee of 7.50 $ flashed on the screen. Unfortunately I completed the transaction and a week later received an email saying I must pay an additional shipping of 16 $
I refused to pay and after about 20 emails, one of the customer service agent indicated that a partial refund is being made on February the 2 nd.
As of today February the 23 rd, no refund ever reached my bank. I contacted the customer service and was told a refund take 20 to 35 day to be processed.
Even though I let go of 5.00$ local shipping and 4 % management fee.
These are in my opinion thiefs, to say the least. I advised them within 24 hours of placing the order that I will not accept additional shipping charges. They ignored my email and went ahead with their practice of gouging customers.
Its been over 3 weeks since my purchase and as else mentioned I was made to pay a further cost to shipping. Item still not been dispatched. Avoid purchasing from this site at all cost!
The worst online shopping experience ever. More than a month from my payment, and my item is still not dispathed, with no feedback or notifications from the seller. Definitely, a site to avoid.
