I recommend Agra Florist, I was looking to surprise my mom on mother's day by ordering flowers online. I place order at Calcutta florist and I just found the best mother’s day flowers and gifts. Yeah I was worried about delivery but delivery was on time and flowers are fresh and look beautiful. Happy to see my mother surprised. Thanks guys

This is the worst online service for the following reasons. 1. Placed order for address in Agra. The order was shipped from Calcutta and came via Delhi. Packaging was not good. Kaju barifi and Kaju rolls boxes looked very unappealing. It did not look like a gift. Please see the attached photos. 2. Order was placed a week in advance, still they shipped it earlier. They do not deliver on the suggested date. 3. Doesn't matter whether they have things in stock or not in stock, they will send something as replacement without even checking with the customer. Above that they force you to accept whatever they send. No say on sending lower quality products. Please see the photos of what was ordered and what was delivered. 4. You can register your complaint on their website, but their response will be to attach photos within 48 hours. There is no way to attach photos on the site, nor it allows you to submit your response. It comes back as a technical error when you submit. Basically, it looks to others, customer made a fake complaint. I tried opening another complaint, but they seem to have blocked me based on my order info. 5. I tried calling them. They don't pick up the phone either. Basically you are left to accept whatever they send, Sharing my experience, so no one has to go through this experience with them.
