Claim Your BusinessThis company is a scam. I made the mistake of ordering 2 items for $5.95 ea. Next thing I knew I had 2 charges for. $92.97 & $92.94. Fraudently. To add insult to injury I didn't have enough money in my checking so I got $70 in fees. I did get them to refund after major discussions. This is the worst kind of company and they will try to get you every time. Don't buy from them.

Call the toll free number... ask to speak to a customer service representative's Supervisor. Do not accept anything else no discounts, no back talk, just make the point that you want to cancel your order and nothing else will suffice. Ask for an email to be sent immediately to you with the cancellation number and a Supervisor's name that you you spoke to... You chose to try the product... not be sent more product or other products that you don't want any other products... but you have the ability to cancel... it works just be firm and get the cancellation completed on that phone call. If you are told the Supervisor is busy... ask for him/her to call you back... be aware that the Supervisors are aware of this situation and will break in on the call... hope this helps
So sorry I ordered a free trial. I am now out $400.00. They keep sending you the product and do not include a charge amount on the receipt. I did call and cancel and was able to get $200.00 credited. What a rip off! Do NOT order from this company!
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!
After you sign up for the Age Rewind trial through the creams official website and although the trial is advertised as free," you still need to pay a $5.95 charge for shipping and handling. After paying that fee, youll receive a full-size jar of Age Rewind in your mail within 3 to 5 business days; 14 calendar days after your order was processed, youll be charged the full price of $89.87 and you will automatically be enrolled in the monthly auto shipment program. That monthly autoship delivers orders of Age Rewind (if you EVEN receive them) to your address every month until you cancel while also charging your credit card $89.97 + $5.95 shipping and handling every month!
All this information is hidden in a very light grey text and extremely small font at the very bottom of the Age Rewind ordering form, therefore youre legally agreeing to these terms and conditions although the manufacturer has taken very obvious steps to try to hide this information from legitimate customers.
Verdict: This is another dishonest trial scam that can leave you with hundreds of dollars in credit card debt within just 30 days of your free trial order.

I noted the url I made the mistake of clicking to order the "Free Trial" and only pay $5.95 shipping for:
Www. Trynewskinproduct. Com/d/promo/1/? AFID=*******&SID=&click_id=*******&C1=&C2=&C3=*******2093
I ordered it, it arrived as expected, and 15 days after that an unauthorized charge on my card for $89.97 appeared. When called to cancel they give a hard sell trying to get you to agree to buy other things and claiming to reduce the price and such and when a refund was requested and told to cancel any subscriptions they try to claim that it's "clear" on the web site you'll be charged after 14 days for a subscription and "assumed" you like the product. But that's not the case. I looked very closely and no where was it mentioned they'd charge you or subscribe you.
After telling them that this is the definition of fraud ("the crime of using dishonest methods to take something from another person") and that the e-mail I received clearly only stated that $5.95 would be charged they said they would credit it. It remains to be seen if I have to dispute it with the credit card company within 30 days if they do not actually credit it.
I called the credit card company and had them cancel the card to ensure there would be no future charges.
