When I called customer service to ask for help picking out bands to match my engagement ring purchased at AD, I told them my idea of what I wanted which wasn't the suggested bands for my ring. The Rep put me on hold, she went to the showroom and placed the bands on her finger with my style ring and came back saying WOW it looked amazing and matched up very well with the ring. When both customer service and product match in quality it says a lot about Agape Diamonds. Highly recommend them if you are seeking both for that special someone! AD made me feel like a special someone, that's for sure!
Not sure I feel scammed on my free earrings purchase with engagement ring because the back falls off too big. CUSTOMER service not helpful just said they are sterling silver and won't replace! But can't wear or I'll loose them. You pretend they are a 700.00 value so I would appreciate a replacement free pair of round studs as often as I've purchased from you. Please consider this as my backs the hole is too wide to secure earrings on promotional studs. The customer service was like too bad try silicone piece. That won't help!

Ordered with lab diamonds rather than the simulated. Little more money but well worth it. It is so much more beautiful and radiant in person. Called and spoke with Julia a couple of days ago and she was very helpful answering my questions regarding the stones sold by your company. Julia was also very friendly providing excellent customer service. I will most likely upgrade the stone to a lab grown diamond for this ring in the future.

Competitive pricing
Ordered an anniversary ring with Euro band for my wife to match her wedding ring and it is even better than described on the site. The gemstone quality is very high and the band is substantial and well designed. I shopped several local jewelers and online retailers and couldnt match the price or quality anywhere. Shipping was extremely fast. I chose the two-day option and it arrived on time despite me ordering late in the afternoon. Box and packaging are very nice. I will be a returning customer here.
I stumbled across them during an internet search and they were the only place I could find with the design I was looking for.
The ring matched all the design elements I wanted without having to have something custom made. Price and fast shipping were also big factors.
Issues with fed-ex. Required a signature, I was out of town. I set up a vacation delay for delivery but they came to try and deliver before vacation delay expired and sent back to shipper. Agape's staff sent it right back to me and I got it in only a few days. However, fed-ex dropped off the package and just left it at the door, no signature needed.
