Do not enter a contract with this Company; find an independent personal trainer. Even if you pay for trainers membership at your gym - you will still come out ahead. They "need" your ssn - really? For a pre-paid service? Af training solutions is upholding a contract in which they failed to deliver contract terms. I entered a pre-paid limited (sessions / time-frame) agreement in february - knowing i was moving in may. When covid-19 shut down gyms across the state, i was not contacted for any other options. I have since discovered i should have been contacted for virtual sessions (additional failure of af training solutions). I moved from the area. New location does not offer this service - anytime fitness is closed permanently here. It took multiple calls and emails to be contacted back for my request to refund unused sessions. Response was "no", read the contract terms you signed. Understood - although af training failed to provide the services portion of the contract - citing extenuating circumstances with covid-19. Agreed - although same should stand for me. Had i not moved, i would have been offered a 2-month extension to cover time lost when gyms were closed. Horrible customer service!
