WORST COMPANY EVER! THEY SENT ME PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER CUSTOMERS!

This is the WORST COMPANY EVER! I ordered some furniture for my daughter from Wayfair, over $400...I ended up canceling it within an hour of ordering because she wanted something else.Two of the three items were canceled and one item was sent out. I didn't accept the delivery and had it returned to sender since we didn't need it. Wayfair has since received that item, but I have yet to receive my refund of $232 for it. I even spoke with a supervisor at Wayfair who confirmed the item would be returned to their warehouse in California. I have proof of that delivery and proof of signature of delivery signed by a Wayfair employee. Now Afterpay is holding my $232 hostage and giving me the run around. An employee at Wayfair stated that since I started the return dispute with Afterpay after I canceled my items, it basically blocked Wayfair from seeing anything on my account. Using Afterpay has actually messed up my Wayfair account now! There is no way to communicate with anyone besides reporting things and communicating through email and they constantly give you the runarounds. I've opened about 6 different disputes for this one return item because they keep closing the disputes without resolving them. They tried calling me, and let it ring twice and left a message and the phone number doesn't even work to call back. They have not attempted to call a second time. I have used Klarna and Affirm for years with no issues, including plenty of returns, and I have been dealing with this issue for almost TWO MONTHS with Afterpay for one single item! They are thieves! Stay far away from these people and this company! I am so angry right now and could really use that $232! I am at my wits end dealing with them. Contact your bank or credit card agency and file a charge dispute as soon as you can if you're dealing with the same thing I am. The employees at Afterpay will do NOTHING to help you. They know there is a limit as to how many days customers have to get their money back and they will drag you around until that time expires and they can walk away with your hard earned money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS AND THIEVES! This company needs to be shut down!

They are also sending me personal customer information that is not mine, but has part of my refund information attached to it. Several of my disputes have had this information attached to their reason to close the case. I even responded to Afterpay telling them that isn't me! I have customers address, email and full name information! This is SO DANGEROUS! What is going on here?! Sounds like this company needs to be taken to court and shut down!
