I was totally mad at Affordable Paper today. I have been a loyal customer of this website for more than 3 years. Their service used to be great and high quality. But now I am so disappointed with the way how they treat the customer. I placed an order for a lab report about nutrition. It is a simple report which required only 1 page, and I also provide all the resources and information for the paper. I even gave them the sample paper to make it easy for them to work on. I ordered on 5/28/2021 and up to now 5/1/2021, they still can not find a writer for me. I tried to talk to a live agent. He is an unprofessional staff. When I asked him about my order, he told me they are trying to find a writer. I told him that I am worrying since my order has only 1 day left, and I asked him what if he can not find a writer? Instead of comforting me, he said " we will let you know if we can not find anyone". Does it mean that if they can not find a writer then I have to find a solution myself? And it is not their business? Then what is their service for? How can they respond like that? It will be too late for me to find another solution now since I am running out of time. I came to their service to find someone to help me with my paper and then they got my money without doing it? They did not give me a proper solution at all that really really upset me. CAN ANYONE ACCEPT THIS? They are absolutely irresponsible. Later on, the live agent said they will look for a writer asap but I might have to pay extra. I really could not remain calm until then because I already paid extra for the rushing order as well as the top writer. DO THEY REALLY ASK ME TO PAY MORE? WHY DO THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER LIKE THAT? I AM THINKING I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AT AFFORDABLE PAPER AFTER 3 YEARS BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO THEM. TOO DISAPOINTED.

So basically I had ordered for a paper on 18th of january and provided as deadline until 25th. I provided instructions and attached a sheet of guidelines. One 21st I had attached some more guidlines for helping the writer as i did have my doubts on the quality. Instead of checking it he had sent the paper in 2 hours. When I said your template is not right and thats not how you do a financial analysis, requested revision. They first came up with additional charges which is double of the original amount, when i said no additional pages are not required, you just need few more things to amend in here, they requested for 14days of extension of deadline (note: somehow they finished the first draft in 4 days and now they need 14days), when i opposed for the sec option saying that they should have utilized the time until 25th to amend it and i too have time constrain, they asked me to pay for their inconvenience. I was so done cause the supporting team just kept arguing for 2 days instead of just spending 2 days to amend the order. Anyway finally i request for refund instead of approving the order (as the draft itself was useless). Now the dispute team said you cant expect our writer to do anything since you provided extra guideline after he finished! Note again, the deadline was on 25th, and he provided his draft on 21st.
At this moment i can see that they intentionally make a weak first draft, so you dont approve it, and you are obliged to pay extra for additional pages, or extend the deadline. If you dont agree for that no refunds, doesnt matter you satisfied or not!

I paid $130 for my paper and I got F. This company doesnt care about their customers they just want your money and they will tell you that we just needed your money we dont care about you anymore so good luck. I talked to them about a refund they told me thats not possible but you have $12 bonus on your next order that you can use. Wow $12 bonus? No one is stupid to pay you for another paper and get an F. I will definitely not use this crap in the future and I will inform everyone about this website.

I had an issue where I called and spoke with a representative called Travis, he was outright rude not wanting to address my main question and literally calling me a full for calling to complain about a bad experienceI had. In all my many years of being a costomer. Too sad.

I had two papers written from this site each of them costing me $105 so a total of $210 I received an F on both papers. Writers didn't follow specific instructions that were sent to them. I requested a refund for both papers I am in the process of seeing what will happen with that. After multiple email and excused from this company on why they can't refund the money. I think the process is finally started. I will post more later about the refund.

I paid over $150 for a paper that was sent back to me 3 times from the grader and also told by affirdable papers that I would need to pay more for a revision... when the writer did not follow the directions in the first place. This was supposed to save me time and make my life easier but all it did was cause me a huge headache. I still had to re write the entire paper. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY!

So i ordered a paper which costed me 246.40$ and in the end recieved an 50% which made me fail the class. They were late 4 days on the deadline. I ordered my paper 3 weeks before the real deadline. And they didnt give me a refund for the missing days. I contacted my instructor to give me a chance to rewrite the paper and she refused. So i contacted affordable papers to give me a refund because i didnt pay 246$ for nothing. They keep saying request a revision. A revision will do me no good and i still havent gotten any of money back. Dont order from them.

The only way you can get your money back from this company is if you pay with PayPal, then open a "not as described " case against them. They know this and will try and convince you to close the case so they can reimburse you, don't believe them. They just want you to close the case because then it cannot be re-opened and they have no intentions of reimbursing you, ever! Your only option of a neutral platform and fair decision is from PayPal.

I wouldn't even give this website one star. It was a complete waste of time and money. The writer just does whatever the $#*! he wants and ignore all the instructions. I paid for a top writer and the paper looked like it was written by a 2 year old.

Gave the writer all of the instructions given to me by my professor and received an F on my final term paper that was 20 percent of my grade. SO upset about this. Dropped my grade ten percent and got a whole lower grade. Expected help because I had several essays at the same time and this subject was not easy for me but would have rather wrote myself and got my own F. Won't be back for an expensive fail.

They say refund guarantee but it's a lie. I wasn't satisfied with my paper so didn't use it and I still pay the amount. Never give the writer the option to choose a topic.

The instruction I provided was not following, ignoring my concern when to contact them. I paid $ 55 for my paper, and I have to rewrite it myself. I didn't receive the assignment in a deadline until I asked for, never recommended and not use this site at all.

I've used a few times in a jam, never received more than a C paper even when paying extra 25% for someone in that subject area. This last one however got me an F for plagarism. The writer took full paragraphs from a cliff notes website. Ridiculous!

First of all these people are thieves and liars. The website offers a 10% discount and once you start ordering your paper it never gives you an option to enter in the code. The next day I call them to ask for my discount not only did they give me a hard time by constantly saying we will call you back shortly but they were offering to give the 10% only if I make another order. Later the supervisor calls and offends me by saying "is the 10$ that crucial for you that your making a big deal." Very unprofessional and shocking service. May even consider escalating the issue for offending me with that rude comment.

This service sucks and got me a 19% on the paper and made me fail my class. Wouldnt correct it without an additional fee and i already paid 125 bucks. Dont use them

My paper received an F. None of my requirements were met and the bibliography was terrible. I probably would have received a better grade if I didn't turn it in at all. I also had to rewrite over half of it because of horrible punctuation and grammar mistakes.

They'll send you a late paper that doesn't make any sense then make it hard for you to get your money back 0/10 would not recommend. You'd probably get a better grade turning your paper in late because their service will get you expelled

Writers do not read instructions for the paper. I guess their goal is to write a bunch of gibberish to fulfill page requirements.
Then they do not issue a refund because you accepted the paper!
Read your paper before accepting. These guys can not be trusted!

I gave one of my assignments to affordablepapers site to do it for me. They didn't follow the assignment guidelines and I got 59% for the assignment. Their customer service is not helpful. I think I would get a better grade if i wrote it myself.$66 is wasted.and they never offer money back guarantee.It's a scam.

Had to get a refund because my paper didn't have anything to do with what I gave them. I gave them a list with links to use and the entire paper was not even close to being relevant.
