Positively the worst experience I've ever had.
I am shocked at the lack of professionalism and integrity. He wanted $6,300 up front. 18 months later I have nothing to show for it except an upper denture I find hideous, a TEMPORARY lower denture held together by GORILLA GLUE he refuses to fix- AND THREE FAILED IMPLANTS. (Word to the wise, they use STUDENTS to make your dentures...)
He told me he guaranteed his implant surgery 100%. I said really? To which he replied- OKAY 98%... HE COULD BARELY GET HIS EGO OUT OF THE ROOM. Their guarantee is 100 visits to correct any problems, or until you're happy… when I said I wasn't happy and I wanted my money back, I was told NO. Last week I drove 7 hours to make his appointment and I waited an hour and 15 minutes. I found out I never even had an appointment. They just wanted to see if I would drive all that way so they could mock me. That was the second time they did that to me. I once drove 7 hours so he could look me in the eye and say- "WE DO THIS MY WAY, GOT IT?" Stupid me, I should have known I had no say in how my upper denture looked. Today he told me to never call him again, and if I wanted to know something about my case, to speak to the receptionist. Last I checked she wasn't a dentist. THIS IS GROSS NEGLIGENCE. HIS FAILED IMPLANT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM MY JAW... and he threw me away like trash! How can someone who took an oath to do no harm behave like this? And why does the corporate office allow it? I mean who did they turn down?
I was EXPLOITED, ABUSED, ABANDONED, and BROKEN. This company has a history of employing dentists who run out on their practices after pocketing upfront money from elderly patients. (I found this out from a dental assistant who was working for them at the time.) Before I met this guy, affordable dentures in Sioux City and the affordable dentures in Sioux Falls found themselves without dentists- and their patients without money or services. They literally closed the doors and walked away. THANK YOU AFFORDABLE DENTURES FOR RUINING MY LIFE- I CRINGE AS I IMAGINE HIM GROOMING HIS NEXT VICTIM. What a Svengali!
UPDATE:
A few months later, after seeing several specialists to evaluate the damage done by the aforementioned pretend dental surgeon, I was told by a man who had done 25,000 successful dental implants and had been in practice 47 years- he had never seen such scar tissue as a result of my dentist's failures! I fully intend to sue him FOR EVERY DIME I CAN GET- and it is my hope, he will never practice again! I'M COMING FOR YOU!
