I do not understand why it took me five or six tries to enter my billing information. I kept getting an error message that there was an issue with my billing address.

Found I had made a mistake on a zip code and after a few chats they helped remedy the situation and now I get my tank!! Yay!

It's always easy to order & pay something over the internet when you receive the item is the question!

I was surprised that I couldn't get a promo code or discount to include free shipping or similar for an order that was $79 before tax and shipping when I emailed you.

Finding my correct part was a bit of a hassle on this site. It was outrageous that I had to wait ten days for the part to arrive when it shipped from literally the next town over.

Frustrating to find assurance that this the replacement motor for my furnace. Still not sure!

Not installed yet.....hope it is the right motor

When I make an entry mistake the site should tell me exactly what is wrong - NOT maje me search for it!!!

why am I being charged sales taxes as an out of state shopper? I order online from all over north america and this is the first time I am being charged local sales tax

Found what I was looking for and placed order very quickly.

My only complaint is that the packaging was not great for the products ordered. The box arrived with holes in it due to the motor moving around inside the box. Fortunately, nothing was damaged but it should've been packed with something to keep the motor in place.

My experience with less than expected being that I could not talk to a real person. There is a lot lost in customer service without it.

the toilet i ordered was broken when it arrived. it was replaced quickly once i was able to get through all of the steps on the internet for approval. this process for someone with a smart phone and good knowledge of computers would probably not be difficult. but i had to call my granddaughter in to do it for me. you need a phone number that older people can use to speak to a live service person. otherwise it was a good experience.

As a senior citizen to was just a little hard understanding everything and had to go back a few times but it was OK!

Shopping was easy but I had to go directly to Demco for the part number. The online team did not have a way to find it. Overall a pretty good experience. Thanks Jim

I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone to chat - I had a questions. There also should be more photos of the products, (cap on, cap-off, different angles etc.) this would help make the purchasing decision and help the customer feel like they are making a correct choice.

Parts are the wrong size and not for model listed, we will see about your return dept. Proof in the pudding

Web site a little confusing to navigate, however, I am 76 years old, so maybe I am just not tech-savvy enough to purchase online.;-) Unfortunately, in today's world, we have little choice in the matter. I withhold a final determination as to my satifaction until I receive the air unit. I live in an rv and the air is out, heat indexes are reaching 105-110 every day (this is SE Texas in August), so the speed with which it arrives will determine my final satisfaction with the service.

Was hard to locate parts needed if I wasn't given the info first by my ac tech. but very happy with the prices and all you have to offer.Thanks

Placing the order was quite easy...only issue, no opt out for shipping insurance. If you don't have confidence in your shipping why should I order from you...? I gambled and ordered anyway.

Easy to maneuver. Wiring was different than drawing identified. Not every manufacturer uses the same wiring color code.

It was not to bad . I am just not real good on the computer. I hope to have these by next week,cause they are needed and not everyone has the same info.

order confimation - - because of call from you. and i could not talk to a person when i called back

I do not have time to pull over and try to make sure someone is online that i can type a message to to clarify my product is shipped.

I want to call and confirm and be done. I am not a text or type person. the product did get here but I sure was had no idea if it was shipped or not.

Ship to address parameters to accept both USPS and common carrier needs to be emphasized better for rural addresses that do not accept USPS.

So Far fairly easy. Have not ordered from AdventureRV.net before so Trust and Reliability are still to be determined.
