Very small on mobile phone. Unsure about your FAQ comments. A bit unprofessional, but I guess you're not camping world or a national business, so it's your prerogative. Made me question though doing business with you. Do you get a lot of returns? Obviously no cancellations.

I do not like to have to sign up. I like to buy as a one time customer rather than get added to a list. Other than that, your site was easy to use and your price was the best.

Shipping too expensive. Also, item shows as white in picture but dors not indicate that in order info. I WANT WHITE.

Orders over $100 would be nice if you offered free shipping. Little bit pricey for 5+ days standard shipping. Would have rated a 5 stars except for that reason.

I had to try three credit cards before one was accepted despite all cards are valid and current. Forced me to use a card I didn't want to.
I am also always concerned that once an order is placed there is no way to cancel it .
Finally, compared to Amazon, Wayfair etc. your shipping costs are quite high.

This website is not friendly and does not respond well when checking out. I spent too much time getting a seven dollar shipping insurance charge removed. Otherwise everything's fine...

I wanted to see a picture of the product before buying it but the live chat could not help me with that request

It would be a real help to be able to talk to a real person with questions about order. Phone contact not much help when they send you to the supplier with questions, and then you can't talk to them either.

Product photos are not really easy to tell what you get. That is super important when you are trying to figure out if it is the right product.

Good experience.. The web site was good. prices are fair. the only real negetave about the transaction was the shipping. Box was pretty tore up and the fed-X label was made out to ''Birth Date'' instead of my name.
luckly someone in our receving dpt. saw a secondary sticker that had the correct name and didn't send it back.

Had a problem with missing hardware. Could not talk to a live person on the phone everything had to be emailed. That takes the personal experience from your company away. I don't like the idea that I can actually talk to somebody on the phone about your problem or a question on a product.

Really depends on when I get my product and the final results, I wasn't able to get back into chat to confirm what I needed to ask.....waited and waited.Tried to call but was able to speak with anyone, all communication must go thru your email or chat. I'm 66 y.o. at my age would have rather spoke with someone, it would be a blessing if someone would actually call me back about the product! 3 stars would turn into 5 stars depending on outcome. I hate when this is asked before all the transaction is complete!

Very difficult to find certain items I know you have but not listed. I have received your email for years so I know you have the item I still need.

Used online chat trying to find a part i needed. It was a simple adapter, "john" in the chat wanted a part number to be able to help. I didn't have a part number and he obviously could not think outside the box. I wound up finding what i needed on my on.

Don't like that you don't until transaction is almost complete.. Don't like the fact you charge tax.

Poorly packed. Items were loose in the box with 2 chunks of styrofoam floating around.
Tubes were bent and dented, but still usable.
Not accepatble packaging for shipment.

Not having basic product information and making me go to the manufacturer for simple questions like is this BPA fee and what is the thickness of the tank was very inconvenient.

Parts were fine, extremely expensive for two pieces of plastic but needed them.

Shipping is too high, and the delivery options are limited. I live in the south, my A/C went out and the part that I need is 5+ days delivery? wow, I could bake a ham in my home.
