We bought our brand new rig Grand design 247 VH from adventure from start to finish it was an amazing process everybody was so nice not to mention the customer service aspect we had a problem with our RV and adventure took care of it right away I can't see enough about their customer service Kathleen was amazing and the entire service staffing sales staff I definitely recommend if you get a purchase a new rig you buy it from them they will not ignore you just because you bought a rig from them and they're great at answering questions even if they're stupid like I ask
Return policy is ridiculous send them a model number they in return send a link to a part order it wrong part their answer is look at order policy to bad. There are much better options.
Do not do business with this company-I purchased a part for my RV from Adventurerv.net on 28 December 2020. 2 1/2 weeks later and I still don't have any information on when it will get here or why it is lost in space. Each time I contact them, via email, I am told to log into my account. When I attempt to log into my account, it says it does not recognize my email and will not allow me to reset my account. When I attempt to call them, the message says you can ONLY contact them via text or email. NON-existent customer service... Do not bring your business here. You will spend your money and never receive the product. I will now have to pursue this with my credit card company. Be aware and do not do business with this company.

I left below average star review "so far" not because "I had an issue", rather, you may have an issue that needs attention. 1. I do not think people should be forced to create an account to purchase. 2. If you require people to click "agree" to your shipping policy, you could make the check box a bit more obvious for us old people to see. I hope that is constructive feedback.
After entering my personal info I got the "confirmation email has been sent..." message so I thought I needed to wait for that email before proceeding to the next step. The email took over 30 minutes so I was long gone. When I read the email I realized it had nothing to do with checking out so I finished my order. I wouldn't recommend you to others because that is not the way people shop online. People google what they need and buy it from whomever. (I chose you because you were cheapest.) I have had successful purchase experiences from a wide variety of vendors so having a good experience does not warrant a recommendation. Also, I do not know many people with RV's so I don't have anyone to tell.
It took multiple tries to get the order processed. It kept telling me the address, zip code, didn't match. Finallly I went with paypal
Please do not make it so difficult to request a a different shipping address from the billing address. Many of us travel full time and need merchandise shopped to a different address than our CC billing address. Thank you,Adah Welch Welch.
your site customer service were not much help in comparing model # to part numbers telling me to search the sales list. doh already did that or wouldn't have called! Searching your site with the model # ac for instance should yield the part I need replacement shroud.
Your chat line didn't work. When I called to ask questions about the product, it just sent me to the chat line! Customer service is poor. Information about product is lacking.
Your shopping cart and checkout pages are not user-friendly and aren't easy to use. Please hire a User Experience analyst or something to redesign these pages. It looks and works like a webpage from 1996. It is probably costing you hundreds of thousands a year in lost sales. I'm not being mean, I'm just trying to help yall out.

my billing address should not conflict with my delivery address however, one must be sure of his billing address before ordering. it just took me a number of times to figure it out before the address miss match prompt came up otherwise always pleased with the convenient shopping format, thanks
I tried to add the promo code SUMMER150 for free shipping. It would apply then when moving to paymwnt information it was not applied.
Disappointed do to the fact that site I used said free shipping but when It came time to placing the order the shipping was charged.
the online chat with jon proved a little difficult as he did not have answers for me regarding warranty for defective or damaged item. I am spending 1200.00 and would have liked to speak with a human or atleast someone who knows your products.
everything was fine until i went to pay with credit card. I continued to get an error that the billing address, city state or postal code was incorrect, which it wasn't. i tried numerous times and it continued. i ended up using paypal to get the order through but the worse part is you have no one that we can reach out and talk to. Where is the customer service??? you live chat was of NO Help!!
I am displeased with the response from customer service. This company (website) is not seeking to make things correct for the customer and will hide behind their policy without seeking to understand how they can help. My request to AdventureRV.net was simply to assist me with the manufacturer to confirm my purchase and have them send replacement parts.
Further communication with the manufacturer resolved the situation and revealed that AdventureRV.net is NOT an authorized distributor of Ride Rite products. It is likely that the product they sold me is a 10 year (new) old product and overstock from somewhere else. The product was NOT marked (nor priced) in this manner
The facts: I ordered a Ride Rite (air bags) kit for my Ford F150. I placed my order on 6/18/19 and received it 11 days later despite a stated delivery time of 2-6 days. I opened the box and began install on 7/4/19 at which time I discovered missing parts from the kit. I immediately contacted the manufacturer who did not return my call. I followed up with them on 7/15/19. I also contacted adventureRV.net on 7/15/19 to ask for their assistance with the manufacturer. I received an email on 7/16 that my "claim" was denied because I did not inform them of the missing parts within 3 days.
I can accept that their "fine print policy" is something I agreed to (without reading as most of us do) and they would not replace the product for me. My point to them was simply that they were hiding behind the policy and took absolute zero steps to help with my request to communicate to the manufacturer.
I do not expect that a retailer/distributor would be the entity to replace missing parts from a kit (with the exception of the item being a return that was not properly verified to be complete). There was no indication that the kit was used/returned or that the box had been retaped.
On a positive note, the website functionality and purchase experience worked as expected, with the exception of very delayed delivery time (2 to 6 expected days vs 11 actual days)
had trouble finding vent covers, using your categories.Had problems navigating thru check out, shipping rates no verification as to what I selected until last page.

I tried to order twice today. First with an existing account email and it would not accept my password. Asked 3 times to reset it and no email came.
Follow up: created a new account with a different email for order. Now, this note came to my original email.

I have received a substitute part. The substitute part is listed cheaper then the original, yet I was billed for the original part long before receiving the substitute part. The order was never shipped so I had to follow up by requesting a "ticket number". I was never able to contact anybody directly. Your system is well designed to isolate you from any issues. I did not know whether I was out $41.55 until I received the substitute part. I have still over paid. To be honest, I will never order anything from your company again.

Phone not working and chat does not seem to know anything about the specific product. We'll see when it arrives if the photo on your website is correct or not.
