We bought our brand new rig Grand design 247 VH from adventure from start to finish it was an amazing process everybody was so nice not to mention the customer service aspect we had a problem with our RV and adventure took care of it right away I can't see enough about their customer service Kathleen was amazing and the entire service staffing sales staff I definitely recommend if you get a purchase a new rig you buy it from them they will not ignore you just because you bought a rig from them and they're great at answering questions even if they're stupid like I ask

They sent me the wrong product and said "Pictures are generic." Really.? That would have been nice to know what I was paying for was not what's in the picture. Maybe "Buyer Beware" would be a better motto for them.? Also, the product they sent me had been repackaged many times and was either used before or other buyers got the wrong product like it did. And then they had the nerve to tell me "It better not look like it was USED or no refund" Oh my... Avoid this place at all costs - they will waste your time and try to get out of refunding your money.

PayPal was not working as a payment option - I tried multiple times. Other than than, a fine experience :)

Keep up the good work. I I'm extremely satisfied with my entire purchase and experience. I will definitely seek you out for future parts when in need and highly recommend you to others who are shopping for parts as well thank you for an excellwnt experience. Your follow-up is superior as well

Very small on mobile phone. Unsure about your FAQ comments. A bit unprofessional, but I guess you're not camping world or a national business, so it's your prerogative. Made me question though doing business with you. Do you get a lot of returns? Obviously no cancellations.

Ordering was simple. The price was comparable to other dealers due to choice of shipping as opposed to others free shipping.

The fan in our 1985 motorhome stove vent had been making screaming sounds for years. I thought there was no hope in replacing it. But I went to your website and found the exact replacement for the fan motor that I needed. No more screaming. Thank you for making these parts available!

Shopping for the needed part was easy, priced right and delivery was prompt. Follow up for delivery was appreciated. All went well and repair was successful.

Return policy is ridiculous send them a model number they in return send a link to a part order it wrong part their answer is look at order policy to bad. There are much better options.

I do not understand why it took me five or six tries to enter my billing information. I kept getting an error message that there was an issue with my billing address.

I do not like to have to sign up. I like to buy as a one time customer rather than get added to a list. Other than that, your site was easy to use and your price was the best.

Just right part and quick service. Now just to get fight thermostat ordered to go with ceiling unit and will be ready to get cooled.

Product photos are not really easy to tell what you get. That is super important when you are trying to figure out if it is the right product.

Found I had made a mistake on a zip code and after a few chats they helped remedy the situation and now I get my tank!! Yay!

I was surprised that I couldn't get a promo code or discount to include free shipping or similar for an order that was $79 before tax and shipping when I emailed you.

Shipping too expensive. Also, item shows as white in picture but dors not indicate that in order info. I WANT WHITE.

Good product. Was able to match up plate holes to the same plate as the previous jack. Very helpful. Great price. I could have ordered this product off of amazon. But you can beat the delivery time. Cost of Jack plus shipping. Was only. 05 cents difference. Thanks for having what I needed. I have three travel trailers. I'll be back to shop again.

Frustrating to find assurance that this the replacement motor for my furnace. Still not sure!

Not installed yet.....hope it is the right motor
