“Don't get suckered into believing them”

When you have a contract with advanced disposal and WM acquires them, I was told the terms of the contract have changed without any notice. Have been waiting for three days to have this picked up. Everyone else on our street was serviced, but they changed just us? They give lip service, but never get results. Seven calls for missed service in three months. We are done!

This company has proven they have no moral nor business ethics. Fees double at an exponential rate, coupled with the fact they fail to notify you if there are any issues with your billing. They allow your account to go "bad" for six months, fail to contact you because it is, "not company policy to contact you via email". They had my credit card information and had no inclination to contact me via US postal, or email - phone contact was out of the question - because they magically had the wrong area code in their system for over 5 years. My father had contacted them many times in the past, and no one bothered to correct it. When I contacted them, they repeated my phone number to me without skipping a beat and without me providing it to them.

When I asked if they could "work with me" due to a failure of auto pay being set up online (one of two times this has happened to me since bill pay became a tangible product used by consumers on the virtual platform) I was promptly told this was also against company policy. When did customer service become a violation of company policy? After a few questions, I figured out this was her safety net to get out of answering any customer service based questions. Recorded conversations do not exist in AdvancedDisposal - they would have to waste too much time teaching people skills that cannot be taught.

After all was said and done, I had to pay $450.00 worth of overdue charges for a service I attempted to pay on-time. Fantastic.
My father had an excellent credit score, I also have an excellent credit score. This meant nothing to them. After my call with their "representative" I was a dirt bag who cannot pay my bills. Double fantastic.

One more thing, they sent a "cheap shot" $15 dollar bill for bin removal for their equipment that was hauled off the day before. No, don't include that in the final bill.

The CEO of this company Richard Burke was a prior dirtbag from the company Veolia Environmental. Horrible company from France that cuts corners at all cost. They don't care about your safety, just the bottom line. Don't try calling these people for negotiation, its not worth your time.

They have changed names 3 or 4 times in the last 7 years, that should raise a flag, their customer service is awful, just like"we are the only garbage co in your area, so you better like us or else"... and unfortunately, they are right, there should be another garbage company that we should be able to choose from, but I guess that the way it is, be careful, they will go in in your property without warning, and check you out...

This place is double the fees of other companies nearby, they changed there cans both recyle and regular, I had just purchased new rubbermaid cans and they stole them and left one of theirs. I called a dozen times and they did nothing, I called to cancel service and Dione was a rude BIT($. Nasty attitude, did not even care why I was cancelling and they want to charge me $25 dollars to pick up their cans that they delivered after they stole mine. When you call for customer service plan on being on hold for 30+ minutes, I have only have them return a call to me 1 time. This place is bad business, go elsewhere and put them out of business. Stop supporting them

We have several business accounts with this company and if we had a choice, we would have zero. The website is a joke, different logins for each site... REALLY? When you have over 20 sites, you do not need this hassle. If you ever need help with paying a bill... better know the owners second cousins last name. Terrible service.
