I made a purchase a while ago, and now that they have my credit card information, they keep withdrawing money every month as part of their VIP program (Which I did not sign up for). And there is no way to cancel this. It's so annoying and I'm so upset that a company would handle my personal information like this. Stay away from this company

Love the idea of being able to try on lingerie in private at your own home! It's even really easy to return items if they don't fit your style.
But everything is very expensive. I've always thought that women's clothing was way overpriced, especially because of how cheaply most of it is made. Adore Me has mostly good quality products, but I don't think we should be paying close to $50 on a bra and underwear with some pretty design on them. At cheaper stores I can get 3 shirts and 2 pairs of pants for that same price but for way more fabric. Even at more name brand and expensive stores I can still get at least 1 shirt for that same price and still more fabric. I understand that these clothes are more delicately made and need more time than just a shirt and pants, but I don't think they're delicately made enough to charge almost $50... More like $25. But that's just my opinion on the women's clothing industry. Thanks for listening to my rant!

My package was left outside of the hotel I live in. I put my room number down on the address so it could get delivered to me and not the hotel but thankfully the owner new us and got the package and held onto it till she seen us but if it wasnt for her then anyone could have taken my package!

It's been years since I've bought myself bras that would actually fit me, but AdoreMe made it easy to fit myself for a bra size, and I was able to get a match set tailored to me! It's been so long since I haven't had red marks around my chest or shoulders, I cried when I put them on. Honestly, I can't recommend AdoreMe enough, though the only thing I would want improved would be the shipping delivery. Paid for expedited shipping, but received it the same time if I hadn't paid for faster shipment. Not always company's fault, but just to give a full review of my experience.

$50 for a unsupportive bra, $50 for a lace mighty, $50 for a cotton sports bra, $50 for a cotton PJ set, etc. the stuff that I have received in my monthly subscription box has been Walmart quality items that feel look cheap. I feel like these items can come down in price as I can't justify spending $50 for these warehouse types of clothing.

The outfits are cute, lingerie is meant for either really skinny women with small breasts or large women with big breasts. I'm a slim in the waist but thick in the breast and hip girl. So none of the lingerie fits. It's all too big around my ribs so my breasts won't stay in the cups. I love the bra and panty sets and that you can buy them together without having to search for matching sets. The material is cheaper than what I'm used to wearing but they are cute.

Bottom line is I was looking for something similar to a chemise/babydoll I already have. I bought the closest looking items that I thought might work, they don't look good on me at all. So I'm pretty disappointed and probably won't buy again. It's not exactly the website's fault, but it shows the limitations of guessing how things will look on you. And another thing is that they didn't have the colors I was looking for (a vibrant red).

My sets were not my size so I sent order back. Like most people we take out the package but don't try on. I guess because I didn't keep as many as they want they had to say the order I sent back was dirty. Because I knew I may not keep I tried 1 on just the bra panties always fit. So they just charge my card a $20 fee. I was thinking about just ordering a single set from there but I want after this email of the $20 charge for nothing.

Items I have gotten so far have had a massively varied quality and most are significantly over priced for what they are.
First box the return label didn't work, customer service was very frustrating with repeating my name at least five times to get a new label.
Second box also didn't immediately work but luckily with typing in the number it worked.
I will continue for now as I'm bad at shopping for clothes in general but at this point my opinion is neutral to negative.

They have a nice variety of pieces to consider for purchase, but you must watch your credit card for hidden charges. Twice, they have charged me for "damaged" returns. The first time it happened, I asked for a description of this damage and, while no explanation was given, the charge was promptly refunded to me. The second time was for an item that I did not even remove from packaging. I canceled my elite membership because I find this company very untrustworthy. I have not had a negative experience with customer service, though. They respond quickly to my concerns, but I do not want to have to deal with fighting with them every time I must return an item.

I order the same size every time I order but what I usually get is either big or small on me. The sizes fluctuate from style to style. I return a set and receive a voucher for another set. If you use a voucher and the new set doesn't fit, you cannot return or exchange it. I'm now stuck with 2 sets I will never be able to use. The sets that do fit are usually very nice, but there are few to chose from in my size so when they're available I usually buy many sets at a time. The vouchers also expire.

I liked the undies I received until I got a charge on my card a month later for $39. I had forgotten I'd signed up for their stupid subscription service to save $10. Luckily they offer a pretty transparent way to refund your money, the cancelation method is a little hidden but I had no issues getting my money back at the end of the day. I just want to buy some darn underwear, I hate that the weird subscription thing has become the norm for many lingerie companies.

I love everything I've ever purchased from Adore me. I do find that the bras run big. However, the shipping, which used to be quick, is awful. It took 5 days for my order just to process. Then it took another 2 days to get tracking information. Now, it's saying that my package hasn't been received by UPS yet. This was for an important occasion. If there are shipping delays, the prices should be lowered and customers should get a warning before placing their orders.

The true to size aspect is questionable on certain clothing types provided. Medium seems to run small in that area. I sent in a return box and was charged for an item that was returned in that box that they said wasn't in it and I know for sure was there. But its their word against the customer and it's "impossible" for a box to come open and an item gets lost that way. Still be charged for it. Cancelation will probably happen.

Some of their underwear sets and lingerie are very cute, they're just so incredibly uncomfortable to wear! I kept a couple of things here and there but barely ever wear them. Most of the stuff also seems like it was picked out through an algorithm and not a personal "stylist". After my 4th box I decided to cancel it, mostly due to the very low quality of the items as well as how uncomfortable everything was to wear.

It is all n all a very cute product. Unfortunately, I order an A-cup for my small breasts, but have a 36" chest width. The cups fall closer to the middle of my chest and it looks like my armpits are fat. If you know you know. I think I would have been better off buying a B-cup for the visual appeal and chanced the girl's flopping around. I unsubscribed because many of the sets I wanted were "low in stock" and didn't have either my bra or panty size available ever. Also returns aren't fun. I had to go to the library and have return labels printed out. Then they claimed they never recieved the return and tried to charge me. A series of phone calls cleared it up but it was just too much stress to make the return in the first place, to only be accused of never sending the 2 sets back. The lingerie I did buy (aside from the returns) fit well and was of good quality and comfort and build, however.

Hear me out… I really really like the product adore me puts out. It's good quality garments, really really good quality. I'm still wearing some of my first products I got from adore me, and Iv had a subscription for a few years. However, the monthly VIP subscription is too much. It's nearly $50/mo and while it's kinda fun to get new stuff every month, it's unnecessary. The product quality is so good you don't need new stuff every month, especially if your still comfortably wearing garments you got 6 months ago.
