Love the website - easy to use. Love the lingerie that looks terrific even on a plus size gal like me - 44DD boobs and a 4X belly, my guy says I look SEXY! (And I feel it.) Quick ship, and have bought multiple sets and single items, with only one bra that was uncomfortable. Quick resolution with an email to customer service - credit for the bra within a few hours, didn't even have to return it.
I made a purchase a while ago, and now that they have my credit card information, they keep withdrawing money every month as part of their VIP program (Which I did not sign up for). And there is no way to cancel this. It's so annoying and I'm so upset that a company would handle my personal information like this. Stay away from this company
They had sent me the wrong items and made me jump through hoops with the post office to get it corrected. When I sent in an email about how I felt from this experience it was never responded to or addressed, yet, all my other emails have always been responded to.The cloths are cute but don't last long for how pricey they are. More disappointed nobody addressed my concerns than anything.
After cancelling my first order, I was shocked to learn that you lose your first order deals. As I tried to navigate around this problem I also discovered I could not remove my credit card information from my account nor could I find any way to delete my account. These features should be included without saying in any modern day online-store.

Often feels like anything in my size is thrown into a box. There needs to be a "don't ever send me this" option— I've gotten the cheap-feeling satin robe at least twice and I hate them… got knit boxer shorts last month, not something I have indicated any interest in. My color preferences are blues and greens, and I often get a whole box of mainly black.
Boxes are often late, a couple were lost and replaced. Customer service got the situation fixed, but I wasn’t really sure it was going to happen when I got off the phone because explanations weren’t very clear.

I purchased a corset set. I tried on the top, not the bottom. Could not get the new "button "system to work so I returned it the minute that I wore it apparently had some kind of perfume smell even though I don't wear perfume and they charged me a $20 fee, I get not being able to try on underwear but trying and of course it's the same thing as trying on a shirt if I can't try on items when I get them and return them if they don't fit, then I am not purchasing any more. Immediately canceled my membership and will not order again.

I've ordered several things from AdoreMe and they're not bad, really not much to say bad about quality. Customer service is another thing. I ordered probably my 7th item from them over a 5 year period... I open it up and the item is INFESTED with ANTS on the INSIDE of the sealed garment bag. I call customer service to get a new one sent out ASAP, they wouldn't do anything more than a traditional return (I needed my item for my wedding the following week, no dice on that now). Also, because it was infested with ants which I do not want in my home, I had to leave the box outside which subsequently damaged it. That part, my fault I get, but who wants ants in their home? When I contacted them, they said they won't send out a new box, i would have to get my own. All in all, not the biggest deal. What I was surprised by was their lack of caring about the fact that their item shipped out with ANTS inside it and they really didn't want to help beyond a "normal" return process. With covid going around and taking care of 2 small children at home, the whole process is too much of a hassle I'm willing to get into. Wish it would have not cleared their shipping facility in that condition in the first place.

Adore Me definitely caters to larger sizes, which I've found is a very common issue with retailers who claim to be inclusive. I'm glad they're including those sizes, but they tend to ignore the other end of the spectrum completely. I'm 5'6,103 lbs, wear a 28C bra and a 000 dress and pant, and it is nearly impossible for me to find anything that fits me. I know everyone hates when thin people complain, but please stop shoving down my throat how inclusive you are while making zero attempt to carry my sizes. At least their panties are no longer an afterthought designed for looks alone. Originally they were so scratchy and uncomfortable that I had to throw them away and keep only the bra / corset they were meant to match. They're still not great, but it's definitely an improvement over how horrible they were before. I do wish the colors in the pictures were true to life though - sometimes they are, and sometimes they're nowhere close. It's kind of a toss up as to what you get. I would absolutely never pay full price for their products, but occasionally they're worth it if you can find a good enough sale.

We love the products and have been very satisfied over the years. The problem is their shipping. Our order last December took over a month to arrive. This year I chose Express shipping to prevent this. We are now on the final day of the delivery window and the product has not been shipped, and no one can give me any idea of when it will.
Their products were decent quality and fit as described, but the items (like everything else nowadays) seem overpriced to me... Delivery went well, but no i get emails from them constantly, even though i unsubscribed, they sill reach out to me... not really a big deal, but a bit shady...
The products themselves are good. Cute stuff, they definitely listen to what you like/don't like, though I didn't like the last box I got. The real issue, and why I will never shop here again, is because TWICE they have charged me for not sending in my subscription box (which is not true, I have proof of shipping the box back) each time taking $250 out of my bank account without even so much as a warning! When I called to see why I received the email saying my box was returned but did not have any items they said that the warehouse just didn't receive my box? So they charge me even though they have proof that I shipped my items back. If this happens once, okay whatever. But twice is just ridiculous and I'll never use this company again and will not be suggesting it to any friends. I will say they were quick to remedy the money issue but it doesn't make up for the root issue of them not managing their items well.
The bra sets can be good quality if it's in stock! Many times they have big sales or BOGO'S. Many of the items colors, aren't in stocks. I also have found the sale panties, especially cotton stretch out quick. I'm a size 0-2, always wash gentle, cold and the items had no elasticity in barely 3 washes

I used to love your products, amazing materials, longevity of wear, but the last 2 orders I made were cheap, rough material and the underwires wore through quickly.
I still have one set from my first orders from many years ago it's outlasted all of my recent sets. I have worn these on the daily but l probably will not repeat my business with your company for as hopeful as I had been, I've not had good products the last 2 times I've made a purchase.
If the item you're getting is elastic, then it will last. I purchased bras with a wire in them because I like the support. As a Canadian and non member, shipping and customs, for 3 bras and 3 panties, it was $270CAD. So I expected quality items. Within two months of wearing one of the bras, the wire came out. I reached out to their support and was basically told, "Oh that's too bad. We will let the team know". I was rejected for a replacement or a refund.

I immediately sent message when I saw that I was not charged accurately on order. I was told that I could cancel and reorder basically. They did not offer to adjust or fix the amount…Stating it was "too late" in the processing! Moments?!?! Too late! I know it can be done, and it wasn't. Disappointed.

Late arrival of box and then a charge of damged and DIRTY! WOW I'd love proof of that. Before just charges. I put a hold on my next ship penny so I can cancel. I have been with Adore Me for about 2 years. Recently they have been lacking. Their shipping time is 3-4 weeks and by the time they get ready to ship the item you purchased is out of stock. Not cool when they have had your money for 3-4 weeks.

I became a member in October of 2022 and have purchased a couple of items. The quality of my first negligee was very good so I kept going. I received the Roanne lace shorts & tank set in my February box and wanted a different color. I went online to purchase the set and somehow 2 orders went through. I was not able to cancel the second order so I had to wait until I received the order, already charged for 2 by now (2 order #'s, btw). It took a week for someone to get back to me and tell me I could return the item less the restocking fee. So I return the item and was charge the restocking fee. The last dress I bought in the same box is already ripped. A $50 dress and have been able to wear it once. Needless to say, I cancelled my membership after this fiasco.

My package showed delivered, it was sent to the wrong address, nor adore me fault but also not mine. After contacting customer service 3 times I was eventually given discount codes to use to replace the items I purchased and didn't receive and was told to ship to a different place. I don't have a different place to ship to and I can't use all the codes at once so I have to make 3 separate purchases. I have yet to use the codes because it's just annoying. At this point I'd rather just get my money back.

I paid extra for express shipping but it came several days late and the pair of undies I've worn had a waistband made of non stretchy rather than elastic. The bra is ok.

I asked to cancel my membership and found I was charged for it. I sent an email when it took more than a week for someone to get back to me. That person never followed up and I reached out again. The second rep took care of my issue but this was 2 weeks after my original request. 5 stars for second rep and 0 for the first based off lack of response and the response time it took to fix a simple request.

I ordered four Set pieces from adore me and i truly love them, but I believe that these were not true to size. I am a 32 bb and most of the sets that I got are too small for me. I measured myself before ordering so I know that my size it correct, but for some reason my bras are to tightly fit and it is uncomfortable. It's unfortunate that I now have 4 sets that will just sit in my dresser not being wear. If, I do order more pieces from you guys I may have to size up.

I used the elite subscription for about 8 months. I didn't have any problems until I was charged for an item being "dirty" when I never even tried it on. Then I decided I was going to cancel and was charged for 3 items that were "missing" again I never even tried them on and know for a fact that all items were returned. I understand that it is my word against theirs but I also know that I returned everything. They took the charge off the first time, but then charged me a total of $45 for items I returned. I was told to take pictures of the items I return if I ever subscribe again.
