I ordered a set with them and they charged my credit card 40 dollars every following month as "store credit". Unless you request a refund of the 40 dollars under 30 days, they eat your money. I ordered a set for a friend. Since her father had recently passed AND she had to make up missed work. So she couldn't try on for few weeks. When I tried to return it (Even though they proudly say "IF YOURE NOT HAPPY, WE ARE NOT HAPPY. WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT OR HAPPILY EXCHANGE". When I tried to return or even get credit they then ref: me that anything over 30 days are not accepted. What the heck am I supposed to do with this beautiful set? I've always found out that they DONT MAKE THEIR OWN PRODUCTS, tho that's thei claim! The sets they buy the actually MARK UP in price & sell as their own. I WOULD RIN FROM THIS COMPANY! Sounds like a good deal but IT IS NOT! BEWARE!

Turns out that when I made my first purchase somehow my email address was completely obliterated. The address to they had associated with my account wasn't even close to my real address. After I posted this review and contacted the Better Business Bureau in New York, I finally got a response from Adore Me who provided information to access my account. Once I was able to log and I realize that several months of gone by and I had a credit to use or lose before I could end my VIP status.
From there, I was able to run around in a circle one more time answering their exit quiz to be sure that I absolutely wanted to close my account of which I did and now I'm done.

The bra set is wonderful. A great fit and I don't have to look for a bra & panty match. I love the comfort.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
