This company is a scam, and I wish I took the opportunity to look at these reviews before I paid 600.00 for my kids shoot Dec 2017. The dates for the shoot kept getting changed either due to schedule conflicts and the weather. My son didn't take his photo until July 2018. I was told the photo would be available in 14-21 days. The day before the shoot around 9pm I received a tech from a girl name Whitney asking if I was able to change my shoot time to 2pm. I advised no because I had to drive back home. Whitney replied back with thank you see you all tomorrow. The day of the shoot I received a text from Jessica approximately an hour before my 1130 shoot time, stating the plane was departing late from NY and can be push it back an hour. I agreed because I knew this was possible despite thinking in my bed that the weather was clear. A hour passed by and I texted that we were coming over to the shoot location. Jessica stated that she had to wait on her baggage, then check in and change her clothes and to give her time to change. Time went by and I texted again ok are you ready because I had to drive back home. She replied to meet her at 2pm in the lobby and how check in took a while because there was a line at the check in for the hotel. I decided to get out the room and take the kids around to site see. I arrived to the hotel where she was staying approximately 20 mins early. The hotel is a site seeing spot as well. I texted and she replied that she was in her room and would be down, she was unaware that I was at her hotel. At 2pm I texted again and she advised she was on her way down and to wait. A few minsurws later I see her coming from outside and taking another child's shoot and had do audacity to ask me to take a picture of her, the child and her mother. She took my son's photos and advised that I would receive his photos through a link to download. Fast forward, as of today I still have not received his photos. I have email them, instagram message and text. I was first told parents normally do not request photos, I stated well I am that parent that would like her child's photo. More emails went out and I was told to send them my gmail email because the photos were to large for yahoo. I sent them my gmail and still not photos. I noticed that the did change their email address from *******@adorableTalent.com recently. I request a refund for my daughter's shoot that had not occurred yet. I was told refunds are not allowed. Please do not use this company. As you can see they are truly unprofessional and we all have the same experience with her and her company. I honestly this Jessica is the only one running the company and has several email accounts that you maintain. I wish we could rate them a zero.
Very disappointed in the service that I have received from this company. In the beginning of May I submitted my daughters pictures; once I was contacted for further information I was sent an invoice which I paid immediately. After my payment was received I didnt receive any further information and I had to continuously call and contact your company until I was given an appointment for a photography session.
When I spoke to a pleasant young lady over the phone I asked her if there was anything I needed to bring, other than the two spring/summer outfits, being that my baby was only 5.5 months old and did NOT sit up. She advised me that the photographer would come PREPARED and that she would have props. In addition, she asked me if there was a specific time frame that I would prefer being that the baby was small and she wanted to take her naps and feeding schedule into account. I thought that this was a very great idea and I told her that 12 noon would be best. She was kind enough to give me that time slot for May 27th.
The email clearly requested for us to be on time! However, come May 27th all of a sudden there was a time confusion (even though my email confirmation included that time) where the photographer thought it was for 12:30pm. We patiently waited and waited until she showed up almost at 1:30 pm. A whole hour and half late. By the time we got started baby was already cranky, hungry and sleepy.
In addition, she did not bring any props to sit my baby on or for my baby to lean on. Luckily I always carry two or three blankets that I was able to use to sit her on. Our photoshoot location was Columbus Circle where a lot of people walk by and which is very dirty. So the plan was to sit my small baby on the floor!?
Im not quite sure how experienced she was because she kept trying to sit my baby up although I specifically told her and the person who set up the shoot, as well as Jessica that day, that she did not sit up for long periods of time. This is a milestone that is reached after 6 months of age! If you look at the first pictures the photographer took you can confirm this information.
Had anyone told me that this was the plan and she would not bring anything I could have brought a Boopy or something to lay or sit her on. Furthermore we could have simply waited another couple of weeks!
Then we decided to take it to the park and see if we had better luck and because I no longer wanted my baby on the dirty floor as she kept falling over.
Please lets keep in mind that this is a small infant who does not have all of her immunizations or immunities.
As my child began to get fussier and fussier I suggested to lay her on her back because she would enjoy that position and laughs a lot like that. I think any photographer with experience working with babies would know that at this age that is their most confident and comfortable position. At this point she was able to get a few better shots before the baby got completely uncooperative.
Needless to say that I left quite disappointed. Shortly after I was contacted by Jessica who spoke to me and reassured me that if the pictures didnt turn out well we could redo them.
At the same time I spoke to her about my Nephew. We spoke about scheduling a shoot and shooting in the following couple of days. After finally being able to schedule the shoot, Jessica also took more pictures of The baby being that by then two weeks had gone by she was able to sit up unassisted. At this point i have already spent $620. $310 for each childs photoshoot plus has and tolls a total of $700.
I was told that I would be receiving bother of pictures in the next couple of days. Usually the turn around time is two weeks which had already passed for the baby.
On Monday the 19th Jessica advised me that she was experiencing a delay and that the pictures would be sent between that day Monday and Weds. Well today is Thursday the 22nd almost a month from the day that we shot my daughter pictures and I have yet to receive anything.
I Will also be reporting her to the better business bureau.
Shame on you, girl.
Please watch out for Adorable Talent Mgmt! The owner is Jessica Moultrie. I submitted pictures to this agency and was told I must pay $299 for a photoshoot. I explained to Jessica that I had recent shots done of my son and have a photographer of my own that does great pictures. Also, i am aware that a legit agency will NOT charge you to represent your child! I brought this to Jessica's attention and her response was "we do not charge but getting a photoshoot is a part of the process of being represented here". Huh? I knew that was B. S. but I paid the fee and too my son anyway. Due to the number of kids that were there my son wasn't able to get his pictures done that day. We waited to be rescheduled and never heard a thing. I emailed and was given some excuse about i have to be patient. I waited another week or two and still heard nothing. I emailed again asking what the hold up was and this time I got no response at all. She had my money, wasn't concerned with my sons shoot now and was on to the next victims with the B. S. story about a mandatory photoshoot for $300! Only after emailing her that I wanted a refund or I would file a dispute with PayPal for a refund did she pick up the phone and call me! I told her I was no longer interested and I wanted a refund. She refused to refund me after I pleaded with her I wanted nothing from her company and she failed to do the photoshoot in a timely fashion. I was so drained at this point from all this I just agreed to let her do the shoot. On the day of the shoot she showed up with some amateur looking photographer that had a professional camera but looked like he wasn't sure what he was doing. I didn't say a word. When I finally received the photos I was floored! The photos were horrible! I mean horrendous! Please take your
Child elsewhere! She's just ripping people off with this so called required photoshoot! PAY ATTENTION! If you notice she'll respond back to every inquiry and offer this in hopes of every parent paying this fee and will not guarantee these kids representation! What agency or mgmt company responds and pretends to be interested in every kid? A Scamming business! I know for a fact that she's accepted kids and scheduled
A photoshoot without even seeing them! I honesty believe her business wasn't bringing in enough income so she started running this photoshoot scam to any parent looking to submit their child. Also, if an agency or mgmt company is interested in representing your child they will not ask for money if their a legit company!
