I am currently in a back and forth message war with customer service. I found a dinosaur for my husband, shirt in 6XL (which is not an American sized 6XL, It's Chinese sized 6XL). It was perfect for our baby shower! Yes; I did check the measurements and figured he could just wear it open with an under shirt, no biggie. When it arrived, we both took one look and shook our heads. So thinking it would be easy to return and get a refund, I submitted a return request per the website directions. This was the message I received ---
[NOTE] Please do not ship the package before we send you the return form, or we will not be able to handle a refund for you.
Dear Customer,
We are sorry the product does not fit. Please note our sizes are all based on Chinese size patterns, so it might be different from the size in your country. If you have ordered without checking the measurements in the size chart, it may not fit you.
If the product has been received on the past 7 days and it belongs to our returnable category, it's brand new with original tag and packaging as per our return policies, you can return it to our warehouse in China. Please note you will be responsible for return postage. Returns can take from 20-30 days. We can exchange it for another size or another item. Please double-check the size chart and tell us which item and size to exchange it for. We will send the replacement once we receive your package and we will cover the reshipment postage.
However, based on our experience, the costs for return might be the same or half the price of your parcel, even by using the cheapest tracking service in the post office. So, to return to China may not be the most economical option.
Instead, we suggest keeping the item, give it to a friend/family member. Sometimes, a new order for the correct size may be more cost-effective than a return.
We would like to propose the following offers which may be more beneficial and practical than a return:
A) Keep the item and receive a reward of 20% of the product's value.
B) Keep the item with a refund of 10% of the product's value.
Please tell us which offer you prefer ('a' or 'b'), we will arrange it for you as soon as we receive your reply.

So it looked up the return policy prior to the order, it reads verbatim;
Returnable items and Condition
1. Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged as we are faulty, for example:
A. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
B. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
We promise that we will make a full refund on the items you purchase, the delivery costs and return delivery charges (if have) where the items may have quality issues. We will strictly adhere to Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 Consumer Protection (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and Consumer Protection Act 1987 to protect your legitimate rights of cancellation, your withdrawal rights, repair rights, discounts rights and other statutory rights.
Unfortunately, you are not dealing with Amazon who make it super easy to refund, return and exchange (even items from China!). So just keep that in mind when your ordering from ADOR.COM. Horrible customer service and have poor business management.
Beware of the haggling of trying to get a refund, even though their refund "promises" a full refund.
