I've been an avid online shopper and I never thought I would encounter my worst experience with Adidas.ph. For a company as big as Adidas, really?! I placed an order on May 2 and the order is showing "in progress" on their website but when I made a follow-up a few days later I was told that the order did not go through even though they took my money. They said they will refund my PayPal account. But it's been almost a month and they have not returned my money yet! Seriously? In this modern age where it will only take seconds to transfer money? I'm very frustrated already because their customer service has not been very helpful! So please, stay away from this website.

I ordered a pair of shoes, i took 3 weeks to get here. But their were no shoes in the box, a dirty towel and a bottle of water. I had to send photos of it to Adidas. And they answered me that the package had arrived, yeah duuh it had arrived but without the shoes i ordered. Now i am waiting for almost 2 months to get an solution. But they keep pushing it forward, we send it to the department blablabla, NOTHING IS HAPPENNING. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

ADIDAS PH IS DISGUTING. THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER (EVEN AFTER BEING CONFIRMED TO BE PACKED) WEEKS AFTER YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE - CANT EVEN BE BOTHERED TO BE HELFUL! FOR A BIG COMPANY LIKE THEM? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
