Very nice and comfotable for me but highly rate shoes and footwears.I wear after looking so handsome.
So 2 stars only because they have a good website and people at customer support are willing to explain... To explain why when I ordered a shoe and it stated delivery in 3 days, but it took 13 days to get from Germany to Greece. It didn't fit. They asked me to send it back, 2 more weeks, my money back 1, more week, new order... not gonna happen. 2004 I was buying from ebay from USA and had my order delivered faster than this joke.

Received two items that were too small sent them back immediately...I'm 3wks into waiting for my exchange to arrive. I've called 2xs and the same script is read "your item
Was received, the warehouse has 21 days to check your item and then they decided on the acceptability of the items"...are you kidding me... one whole month for an exchange...I'm talking never worn...and I purchased online...Thus to me is frustrating

Exchanging is a nightmare
I bought an Adidas shoes couple of months ago which I thought would be perfect for everyday use. I wore it the first time and walked in it for 20 minutes, and the back of my leg started to bleed from the scraping of the shoe against my leg, not exactly what I expected..
Returned a pair of shoes for a refund. The website says 10-14 business days for the refun to be processed. When I called customer service, they told me the "policy" is 21 days to "inspect" the shoes, then another 5 business days to issue a refund. It will take more than a month after they received the shoes to issue a refund. This is an unacceptable timeframe and does not follow their posted policy.
It's been over 2 months and still no credit I contact the several times and they have no answer for me, I was told it would be escalated to management; but it's been 11 days and still have no answer! I been lied twice that I would receive 30% of voucher for the inconvenience, but didn't even receive that. Starting to believe Adidas is not very trustworthy and I should go elsewhere!

Ordered a pair of shoes and did not receive it. Tracking shows delivered and signed by someone who does not stay at my address.
Looks like the carrier delivered to someone else and wrong address. Now I'm tracking to locate it and contacted fedex and adidas.com with out any success. Adidas didn't offer any real solution. Horrible customer service and a huge inconvenience.
I placed an order it never came the delivery company DHL delivered to the wrong address they left a picture and it shows that the address was wrong but adidas said I have to wait for them to see what DHL says. I still don't have my order and they said I can order and they're not able to give a refund until they wait for DHL complete theirs
I returned an item for an exchange and after 2 months and 2 phone calls to customer service they canceled my exchange because they had run out of the item I needed...no doubt after two months. Ridiculous!
Tip for consumers:
I probably won't buy from this site again.

Never received my exchange item
When you order shoes, you expect them to ship. When you order multiple pairs of shoes, you expect all pairs of shoes to ship together. That was my initial assumption, anyway. However, that did not happen. Instead, my sandals shipped while for some reason my other 2 pairs of shoes are just sitting in a warehouse. The money for said shoes was refunded to my card, and I became confused. Usually, when money is refunded, that means the items for which the money is refunded are unavailable. So, with that logic, I reached out to customer support. I was polite, I was respectful, and I asked about my other shoes as well as the refund to my card. Lyza, or however you spell her name was extremely rude and terse with me. I stated I was an essential employee who is on my feet all day and looking forward to these shoes that were recommended to me by a friend and her response was, "Just as I told you, your shoes are in a warehouse and will ship soon. We are still within our time limit of shipping 4-7 business days." I've never bought a pair of Adidas in my life because I always thought they were inferior to other brands, and I think I am going to hang onto that belief from here on out and never do business with Adidas again as their customer support lacks the ability to be professional, especially when a $#*!ty attitude wasn't warranted.
UPDATE: I decided to just cancel my order for the other 2 pairs of shoes because I really didn't want to deal with the headache anymore. When you connect to the chat, they ask for your order number, but once you connect to a representative they ask for that information again. I told the man I already input that information prior to connecting. He said that he can't see what I put in prior, and I said, "wow, that's kind of moronic." He then said, "I don't appreciate you calling us names," and then proceeded to disconnect the chat. Like, WHAT? I called the SYSTEM moronic, not YOU. He's a moron now, though... I reconnected to someone else and asked to cancel the order. She said they can't do that because my shoes are sitting in the warehouse waiting to be shipped. I said, yeah, that's the point. They're still there, not at my house, and while they're still there I would like to cancel my order so that they stay there. She said no. When they ship, my card will be charged. So, I said that I would just pull all of the money off of my card the next day then so that they don't ship. As soon as I disconnected from our chat my card was charged for the shoes and I received an email that they were shipped.
I am not very happy with Adidas, and I don't think I will ever give them my business again. I really didn't want the shoes anymore, I just wanted to cancel the order so I could get shoes elsewhere. This who experience left a sour taste in my mouth, but I guess the silver lining here is that if you REALLY want your shoes and they're stalling on shipping, just tell them that you're cancelling the order and will take all of the funds out of your account so they can't charge you because, apparently, that seems to light a fire under their a** and suddenly your shoes are shipped.
Is Adidas.com China bases. When I buy adidas suits out of Macy's and Dillard's the material is thick and with high quality, but when they send me suits from adidas.com, the material is thin like it's made in China. Therefore I will not order from adidas.com anymore.

Having bought one pair of shoes that fit well, I ordered another that did not fit well. As a disabled veteran I don't have access to a printer, but many good companies have mailed me a return label to facilitate the process. Adidas will not. They say, "Take it to a local store." But there is no Adidas store in Fresno. Their customer service sucks, and is NOT "open 24/7." RUN AWAY! (In your Nikes.)
