Adfastinc you investing $1400 earns $168 weekly for 12 month. A new entrant gives an old one cash and the old uses his e-money to join that new member. Now when people stopped joining the e-money accumlates but you can`t withdraw it, bankwires and ather options do not work. This has especilly hit people in uganda. They have posted a message that you can withdraw througth verified visa but they have not provided any guideline. They don`t answer question neither pick users calls. WHERE should we report such guys?

I have tried opening the adfastinc.com website but all to my surprise, its not openings. All the same shows me an error code 403 Forbidden.
What is happening people?/? Is it only me experiencing this problem?
