Movers beware! There are websites out there that appear to be the formal USPS change of address forms online, but they are not affiliated and will charge you up to $80 for what the USPS charges only $1.05. This is one of them. If you catch your mistake with in 30 days of purchase, their website states that you can call to get a full refund, no questions asked. I called and of course they did ask me questions. First, they offered me a 50% refund, then offered a discounted price of $9.99, and finally agreed to fully refund me minus the $1.05 (they do actually send your information to USPS to change the address for you). You need to stay firm on the phone that you want the full refund. Major scam!
