So I recently started using ad.iq and I like the way you can actually talk to a person. Dealing with Google is difficult for me when it comes to my business advertising/website.The company has great customer service. Not sure on platform, only because what ever they do is run through them. With that said it's not that expensive as other places. If they continue doing a good job then it will be a big deal. Overall: good people

I would give zero stars if i could. These people are total trashbags, they will spam you nonstop from different numbers and then they will lie about it. Its pathetic. Notice they dont provide an address for the business, what type of business conceals their location?

Dear Brandon,

We want to assure you that there has been no misappropriation of your funds. When you initially joined our services, we communicated the possibility of securing a prominent position on the front page of your local search results within 90 days.

Despite the fact that you changed the name on your business listing, which does not align with your business license, we have successfully achieved front-page visibility for four of your specified keywords within that time frame. Furthermore, progress is underway for the remaining keywords.

If you have any questions or would like to gain a deeper understanding of how our marketing strategies are benefiting your business, we would be happy to speak with you. Please feel free to reach out, and we'll be happy to address any questions or concerns you may have.

I paid for AdIQ to boost my website and get my google business issues resolved, or at least that's what I thought I was paying for. They created another website and another business location, so you will ONLY have their help with that AS LONG AS you keep paying them...and my website was working better than theirs after 6 weeks.
Not saying it can't be beneficial to someone who does NOT have a website or know how to follow a template, but I feel that they deceived me in what they promised me.

Where should I start? I have a massage business and they would call me and act like a client and schedule an appointment, but never show this happened time and time again just so the percentage of calls would look good then act as if it was because of there ad. My payment is supposed to come out every month on the 22nd … but they take it out whenever they want to. As soon as they open up today I'm DONE! Unprofessional and greedy! I wouldn't recommend to anyone!

This company is totally scammer and they don't deserve one penny of your money.
I opened 2 accounts at one time and what I saw is nothing but a waste of time and money.
I don't advise anyone to deal with them.
Save your money and do the advertisement and leads the customers to your business by yourself by downloading google ads.
Let me explain more if they told you they have a 3 months campaign for $500 each month that's a scam because the thing is they won't tell you how much they are going to invest on google as an advertisement from the $500.
So they literally could spend $50 each month and they keep the difference which is $450 for themselves.

As soon as I ended my service with them, I went from page 1 to 4 on Google. Google has been unresponsive. As has Ad iq. I hired them to expand into a new territory. They got me zip. Terrible service.

Hello Devon,
Enhancing your visibility on Google is our utmost priority. During the three months you were with us, advancements were made to your ranking. Unfortunately, if someone withdraws service with us, it removes our active strategy. And as an effect, visibility can be reduced. You also moved outside of the area where you were previously ranking and Google didn't consider you a good local option since you were no longer local. We created content to let Google know that you still provided service in that area and you began to regain your visibility shortly after. We want to speak with you further regarding your concerns and would like to see if there is anything we are overlooking. To further discuss, please give us a call at 888-402-2347 x1.

I was with Ad.iq, then cancelled service with them because I was not seeing results after 6 or so months. A couple months later I received a call from them saying that they would offer 1/3 the price per month to come back and that it would only take time to really work, so I agreed. After over a month of being back with them, I found that the phone number used for call tracking was not going to my businesses phone number! But instead it went to a different home service providers website! This company sells your data and does not actually help businesses grow! I lost about 5 MONTHS WORTH OF LEADS ONLINE DUE TO AD.IQ. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THEM!

I own a cleaning company and they promised me that they can get me on the 1st page of Google within the first 90 days. And so I figured, sweet, lets do it.

We go through the process of having them co-manage my google business profile and the day after, my Google account is suspended. It has now been suspended for 12 days which equates to at least $15k in yearly revenue from lost recurring customers.

I was SO much better off without this company. This is sad because now it puts my team in jeopardy given that Google was my #1 source of leads. My team now has a reduced amount of hours because of this companies negligence. Stay far away.

Google told me today that they DO NOT partner at all with Ad Iq. Ad Iq says they do. This is a company that lies, takes your money and doesn't do what they say they will. It's taken me a year (so far), to undo all their mistakes they made when I floored them.

Hello Devon B.,

The person you spoke to at Google was ill informed. You can find our Google Partner Badge on their website if you do a little research. We would be happy to provide you with the link or show you where to go if you want to call in to speak to us. While we do not believe that we did anything wrong on your campaign, we would be willing to have a discussion with you about what you believe was done incorrectly. You can call us at 888-402-2347 x1.

The purpose of this business to to try to raise the visibility of your business in a Google search. Basically raise you in the list of results. That in itself does not necessarily bring in addition business. It might, it might not.

The big issue is if you want to cancel, they give you the runaround for hours trying to talk you out of cancelling.

The easiest option, don't start with them in the first place.

Hi John, it's true that we will try to serve as many clients as possible. And to your point, raising a business up in the search results is the objective since it increases the likelihood of reaching new customers. If the search interest in your area is low, then continuing with the program to grow the localization is the next step. In our experience, clients who pursue this strategy and continue with the program ultimately find their market. We strive always to do our best to share this insight with our customers and support it with Google's data on its growth. However, if you feel this process was inordinately long or problematic, we would like to review your account notes and find out why because it should not have taken hours to discuss. At this time, we have been unable to locate an account on file based on the information provided by this platform. We would love for you to call us and provide us with your business name, business phone number, or the name of the primary point of contact so we can locate your account to assist further. 888-402-2347 x1.

I have tried to give this company a chance. Payed well over $800. They messed up the google verification to start with. Which took a month to fix that problem alone. They made a completely different website that was trash in order to "boost SEO". All it does is confuses customers and other add companies say they would modify my own website, Not make a new one that looks horrible. Has none of my logos. That's what shows up first on google. Not my real site. Every time I call them they say it will take 3 months to boost seo on your real site, it's been over a year. They wouldn't refund me back in January. They were promising they would get my real site if I would provide my business license, DBA or utility bill. So I sent them all instead of just one. This fixed the problem for about 2 weeks, then I started receiving emails again that google needs my business license. It's a never ending cycle of $#*!.

After read bad reviews I decided to close my account. I called customer serviceand her name was Jennifer. I told her I would like to close my account. She told I should pay $400 for cancellation. I told I paid $300 one week before. They are charging for nothing. Just waste money. Don't have business with them.

This company is a joke. They will tell you, you can be at the top of google listings for keywords in 3-6 months. Does not happen. Your leeds will grow. Does not happen. Very hard company to get in touch with. Was trying to change keywords. Sent multiple emails and no reply. Finally cancelled payment and Boom. Guess who called... Its only clear that they are after your money and dont provide any actual service. Be careful

I went through with this company hoping to receive what they promised which was a great way to advertise my company on google and get on to the front page, also on google maps, and be able to have a viewable profile website on google. None of this was true and after the agreement was signed I never heard back from them.

They thought they could pull the wool over my eyes. Not so. I've run ads before and worked at microsoft as an sem analyst. I didn't have time to run my own ads and create content but I should have hired someone to do so. The quality assurance cat tried telling me that $300 in ad spend accrued over 4 days. For such a specific and targeted niche as mines, this was a lie. Then he said they didn't do any work because I had asked for a refund. So they didn't do any content production, no ad placement and didn't communicate with me whatsoever. They also didn't even set up my socials correctly. No bio, photos, not even stock photos. For a month of them doing nothing I paid 300. Then this dude had the nerve to go back and forth with me. This is not an ad agency. They don't know ads, Cpc, how to write ad copy or ANYTHING. Do not hire them. Go with someone like a teenager who is willing to learn how to do it.

Like another reviewer (Lisa L.) for me this was a take your money and run company. 8 months into a 1 year package and zero leads, very difficult to reach anyone on the phone. Very slow or no responses to my requests. At first trying to understand what they were doing for me and then to cancel my account. I was told someone would call me back. That was weeks ago. Only thing I have is an expensive tax write off. Do NOT get sucker by the lovely sales pitch.

Used the service for over 4 months and it did nothing. Lies and scamming. They told me to reset my google business page as the one they made instead of my website which sounded weird because theirs looks terrible. Could not do it without them providing info since I did not own the page. They would never give me info I needed. Besides that I don't show up in google searches and did not receive leads from them.

Their account manager "Bradley Moore" harasses people to try and sell them fake SEO services, continues to call for months after we tell him to stop calling, to the point we want to call the police, dozens of phone calls and emails after we tell him to stop. This guy is a dangerous psychopath.

I agree with Fac O.
Everything they did was completely useless.
I got one redirect from the website they created for my business (probably their technician).
There was absolutely no increase in organic traffic over the span of 3 months.
In the beginning they ask you to choose which keywords you want to use them to promote.
I was already ranking as 3rd in my city for one of them. At the end of 3 months I lost this keyword.
Just to make things clear - they don't do anything on your website, they "manage" your campaigns on business profiles (such as google).
Since this strategy didn't bring any results for my business, I asked them if they could spend some time contacting other sites to put backlinks to my website. They said they don't do that.
In general, I had the impression that they spend around 2 hours of time doing actual SEO for my company in 3 months. Most of the time was just talking, telling me how things are going great and asking me to renew the service.
90% of their efforts go into sales pitch and cold-calling potential customers.
Bad strategy! I should have read the reviews here before signing the contract with them.

Here is my honest review of ad IQ. I signed up to this program and hopes to have had a website created and had my website and my company name be ranked highly on Google. Before the company contacted me I had already had my Google listing made and other listings such as yelp home advisor Angie's list Facebook and many others. After paying $300 for the first month set up fee they were in contact with me the day of about what all I wanted and I provided them with pictures and other information that I would like to have on the website and Google. After that it went months of silence I did not hear back from them and they charge me 150 a month for four months after and I had forgotten about them even doing it it had went so long without them contact me. After spending over $700 I contacted them to see what all they have done for me and the website was not created and seemingly nothing had been created I had no leads during that time and had no return on my investment the entire time so the $700 was a complete waste and when I called to cancel the contract they told me I would have to pay another $150 to cancel and they begged him pleaded with me to continue with the contract even after I explained to them that I didn't have a website built and I didn't have all these things that they promised that they would do. I talked to one of the representatives who I was in contact with from the beginning and he said he would finish the website and update the photos and do everything that I had requested to finish out the rest of the month and that we could cancel at that moment. Then after someone from the quality department spoke with their manager they came back and said that they could not do that and that they would I would have to sign up for another six month contract in order to fix the mistakes that I made. Very displeased with the way they handled the situation they did not want toFix the problems they wanted me to pay them more money. If you get sucked into their sales pitch do yourself a favor and call them every single day asking them about the progress they have made and make sure they stick to the timeline that they said that they would they promised a website within two weeks and I didn't have one after four months. That money will go a lot farther on Facebook Ads then dealing with this business. I have given them every opportunity to fix their mistakes but they cannot do any of it without more money. If they would like for me to remove this bad review they will need to simply fix their mistakes that is all I'm asking.

All the horror stories are true. First they pretend like they work for Google or are somehow endorsed by Google for SEO, which is false. They only passed some training courses for paid Google Ads, which anyone can take. For SEO they are a fraud. They take your money claiming to raise your ranking for your web site, but instead they build low quality spam web pages to compete with your own web site. Even that doesn't work (these spam pages don't rank either) other than to get your site marked as manual action / web spam by Google because these spam sites are linking to it. When you want to cancel they have people call or email you sometimes 5 times a day for weeks or months to try to convince you to stay no matter how many times you say no. They charge your credit card thousands of dollars in advance charges for future months if you cancel. Had to change my credit card number. They still won't stop calling and saying they can get results if I pay more!

Notice how all the 5-star reviews ALL mention a reps name? "Ask for Cindy, Chad was great, ask for Andy" Does that not throw a fishy red flag? Or that they are Google Partner Certified? BS! They take your money, and if you can't afford their $250/mo service they will barter and accept what you offer (ex for me was $100/mo) and they sounded professional at first then I realize all they did was make a handful of mock websites to put in search results that contain keywords and have links etc to get in touch with me. Have not had a lead in 6 months. The last 2 calls were people looking for window tinting due to the inaccurate keywords they used and thought I tinted windows. NOPE! I'm gonna dispute their service and get a charge-back from my bank. Don't fall for any of it!
