Activtrades claims that their priority is customer service and client protection. Actually, I was lucky to notice this feature as I had couple of questions, concerning the conditions and I had to apply to customer support. They politely explained me everything.

I spent a long time looking for an honest broker, but nevertheless I don't regret anything, because in the end I found what I was looking for. Now I trade at ActivTrades broker and I am fully satisfied with the trading conditions. Withdrawal at the broker is free, no fees for credit cards as well as for e-wallets.
I have withdrawn money many times before and if I create a withdrawal request before 12 noon the money arrives the same day.

I really liked the fact that there is negative balance protection. This feature helps me trade with leverage without the fear of going into red. It all started with the fact that I just opened FXCC demo account and started pushing one or another buutton.
I thought it was very fascinating LOL.
Other traders named the following pros:
- narrow spreads;
- scalping is allowed;
- good leverage on all types of assets.
Of course, at first I did not quite understand all this because I was a beginner, but there was a very great desire to start making money. So I learnt why it's important to have as small trading fees as possible. Learnt price action. Learnt how to manage risks and use leverage wisely.
It was harder to study technical indicators and analysis. But you need to know this, since this is essential for profits.

Activetrades is not the first broker I works with but it is the first broker with such an effective customer service. It is always difficult to switch the broker because of the fact that different brokers have different trading conditions and different platforms.
Despite the fact that their platform is really nice and easy to use, there are still some details which need to be clarified. To tell you the truth, I had the stereotype of communication with the support team as splitting headache where you need to wait the answer for several hours or even days. However, it is not the case of activetrades. The guys who work there know their job perfectly well and they are fast in response which is amazing.

I want to tell you that I am very happy to trade with the broker ActivTrades. When I first opened an account, I realized that this is what I need. These charts and indicators... how mesmerizing it was. I realized that I had found something that I would be doing all my life.
I read tutorials from morning till night and traded on a demo account. I really needed to learn how to trade profitably!

I really like this new iteration of ActivTrades. I have seen the last one and it wasn't as pretty as this one.
But the main thing is that the broker did manage to retain the same, high quality of all the services. All the custom indicators, proprietary platform and other good stuff is still there.
I need to do a research if Activtrades added something to improve trading experience.

I started to trade via real account recently and now just can't decide what trading platform to choose Metatrader or the branded one.
I have an experience with the former and I liked it, but just look at the latter. It has smooth style and intuitive interface. Activtrades is just tearing me apart and it feels so good

If you ask me about their trading conditions, I wouldn't say that they are the most competitive ones you can find in the market. I am sure there are brokerages with more tempting conditions like tighter spreads, generous bonuses etc.
However, if you seek out for a safe and secure broker to conduct your trading business, ActivTrades is one that I would recommend.

Activtrades was recommended to me by some review site, I believe. I looked at regulation first, as I was once told, by a more experienced fellow trader. FCA, CSSF, those are pretty trustworthy authorities as far as I can understand. Decision to open a real account was made. Since I didn't find the minimum deposit on the site, I asked live chat support, and he told me that the minimum deposit was $500. It's a substantial sum of money for a newbie like me. So I decided to try another broker with a lower minimum deposit, but I think Activtrades is totally worth it.

This platform has been improving and providing the best trading experience since I joined 7 months ago. The support has been second to none and has made me feel very comfortable trading here.

It has been four years since I have been trading with this broker, and the broker has been around for much longer. There is no doubt that Activtrades is an excellent broker with superb services at all times.
