It is out of the question that this broker is safe and consistent. It works for more than 20 years and there are lots of traders who work with this broker and share their glowing reviews on it. So, working with activetrades is absolutely safe and you shouldn't really worry about it. They also have decent customer service which is helpful in many situations, however it works only five days a week. I haven't come up with any urgent questions on weekends, but it makes me a bit nervous, anyway.
Speaking of trading conditions, they are fine, I don't really like the fact that there are commissions for withdrawals, when your withdrawal method is a bank card. Usually, brokers don't charge any commission fees on the stage of withdrawals, so, this is quite a unique thing.

I chose this broker mainly for three regulations. Furthermore, the point is the total attitude of a broker towards traders. No problems here as well.
I understand that leverages have to be restricted in compliance with FCA regulations, but still want higher leverage haha

And I was not very successful at first, but then, after going through a one-on-one course with a manager, my results improved significantly and I even started to make some profits. This broker does a lot of things to my liking. I wanna say it's a cool thing to trade currencies here because the broker gives awesome spreads on this stuff and it's especially true for major currency pairs. Spreads on minors look less impressive but they are still good to my mind.
Here I trade mostly currencies. Conditions on majors are better as I told above, but I more like cross pairs because they are much easier to trade.
Beside this I very welcome the recent introduction of cryptos. I'm also interested in cryptos, so I'm gonna try this stuff too.
