These guys are real professionals. So polite, efficient and responsive. There are so many companies that overcharge and panic you about pest problems. Bon Accord on the other hand are knowledgeable and very fair in their pricing.

When they came to treat a problem I was having with Argentine Ants, he immediately put down the right product and told me to be patient as they took it back to the queens to kill the nest. When I saw ants in an additional room, I called Gabriel in a panic but he arrived the same day and introduced a spray that accelerated the treatment. We were totally ant free for the rest of the year. I saw ants again a few months ago. I called Bon Accord straight away-they came back, put down the treatment and once again, the problem seems to have been resolved as I have only seen the odd ant.
They will be coming back this week to assess and top up anything if necessary. They care about their work and their customers. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Thank you Bon Accord.

WARNING. Do not deal with this company. It is a scam. They will take your order, process your credit card, send you an email that the order is being processed, and you will never hear another word from them again. I am in the middle of working with my credit card company to get my money back but it will take forever if I ever get my money back. It is companies like this that give the internet a black eye. Why hasn't anyone shut them down yet?

Ordered insecticide concentrate from this company on 6/19/11 on Visa /debit card and as of today, July 31, have not received product or a response to two e-mails or a message left on a customer service recording. Card was charged on 6/22.

They could have been more prompt.
My pet peeve is when people are not on time. They were very fair priced though. Got rid of my squirrels, cleaned up the best in my attic and fixed couple holes for under 500$ so I told my neighbor and they fixed couples holes on his house.

I've been using Brian & Wayne for over a year now, glad to see they finally got a website. 7 stars
