The customer service was top-notch, they had some delays from all their Christmas sales, but they emailed me to let me know and responded so quickly to my questions. They ended up shipping it overnight to make up for the delay in processing. My girlfriend ended up loving the gift and couldn't stop thanking me. Most companies don't seem to care about their customers, but this company really does.
